In conventional high-rise buildings, there are no protruding boards on the outside of the windows that can catch broken and falling window glass, tiles on the exterior wall, or broken concrete blocks in the event of an earthquake or other disaster. Therefore, when a disaster occurs, falling damaged buildings often cause serious injuries to evacuees or passersby on the ground, and most of the injuries were caused by this type of accident.

In addition, as a building with a lid body that can be used both as a scaffolding and as a rotatable structure, the lid body provided on the side wall of a high-rise building can be configured to be freely rotatable toward the outside of the building, and the lid surface can be stored inside the building. It is constructed so that it can be fixed approximately horizontally in a suspended state from above using a type of brace, and a base mesh locking device is provided at the top of the opening of the lid body.

Furthermore, as a movable evacuation balcony, a spandrel panel is normally constructed, which can be opened in an emergency to become an evacuation balcony, or a receiving frame is connected to the lower end of the hanging rod as a device to prevent children from falling from the balcony. There was one in which a protruding arm was equipped with a rising strut, a rope was passed between the hanging rod and the rising strut, and a net was stretched between the rope and the receiving frame.

One embodiment of the fall-damaged building support that also serves as an evacuation route according to the present invention is configured as described above, so when this fall-damage building support is installed outside the window portion 3 based on the embodiment, A damaged building receiver 1 formed in a predetermined manner is oriented diagonally upward with the tip side facing outdoors, and further, the rear end on the opposite side is positioned at the outer lower part of the window portion 3, that is, slightly below the window edge, A hanging member 12 is fixed to the outer wall 8 of the building 2, and one end is fixed to the outer wall 8 of the building 2 at the tip of the damaged building receiver 1.
The other end is connected and the damaged building receiver 1 is installed at a certain angle of inclination, and the strength of this installation is determined to be strong enough to withstand even if an evacuee gets on the damaged building receiver 1. .

Now, if a disaster such as an earthquake occurs, broken and scattered window glass, tiles on the outer wall 8, or damaged concrete blocks will be damaged.
This prevents the building from falling into the damaged building receptacle 1 without falling directly to the ground, causing injury to evacuees and passersby on the ground.

As mentioned above, the fall-damage building support that also serves as an evacuation route in accordance with the present invention is located outside the window in the building with the front end facing outdoors diagonally upward and the opposite rear end slightly below the window edge. In addition, a decorative frame is attached to the periphery of a fire-resistant board, advertising letters are attached to the surface, and a damaged building receptacle, which is usually used as an evacuation route and is also used as a billboard, is protruded, and the damaged building receptacle is installed. The rear end side is fixed to the structure, and the tip side is attached with a hanging member fixed to the structure, and the installation is strong enough to withstand even if an evacuee stands on the damaged building support. , Since the rear end of the damaged building receptacle is equipped with a storage surface that accommodates one retractable evacuation ladder, when this falling damaged building receptacle is installed outside the window of a high-rise building, for example, In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, broken window glass, tiles on the exterior wall, or damaged concrete blocks will fall into the damaged building receivers and will not fall to the ground or the floors below, so they can be used by evacuees or passersby on the ground. Since there will be no damage that would cause serious injury when the building is hit, the number of people injured due to this type of accident can be greatly reduced. In addition, advertising letters can be placed on the surface of the damaged building support. The attached trowel is usually used as a billboard, so it has a synergistic effect that makes it ideal as a support for damaged buildings such as shops.Furthermore, this damaged building support is sufficient even for evacuees to ride on it. It has a durable structure, and since it has a storage box on the rear end to store the retractable evacuation ladder, in the event of a fire or other disaster, the damaged building support can be used as an evacuation route, and the Heta evacuation ladders allow people to move to safer ground, so even if a large number of people fail to evacuate, they can move to a safer place one by one. This means that those who are too late to evacuate can have an evacuation route and save precious lives. It has a unique effect that can even save people.

In addition, in this invention, the damaged building support is sloped upward as it reaches the tip, which prevents normal rainwater drainage and falls to the ground during evacuation, making it safe for children, women, and women to evacuate. There are also some unique effects that can be done.
