    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送りローラで肉用包材を搬送しながら切断刃で
    長さ方向に切断し、この切断刃によつて切開され
    た包材に向かつてエアを吹きつける装置からなる
    切開装置と、この切開装置を経た肉用包材を送り
    ながら包材を剥離する表面に送り方向の傾斜溝を
    設け、かつ切開口から包材を剥離する方向に回転
    すると共に肉用包材を弾力的に支持するローラを
    上下左右にそれぞれ一対設けた除去装置とからな
    る肉用包材の剥離除去装置。
