<Conventional technology and its problems> Conventionally used pools are made of concrete,
They can be roughly divided into metal and FRP products, but after long-term use, concrete products may crack and become unusable due to weathering and erosion, and metal products may become unusable due to chlorine used in swimming pools. Due to the influence of sterilizing agents, local corrosion occurs particularly at welded parts, causing water leakage.Furthermore, in the case of FRP, the surface color fades due to ultraviolet rays, and scratches and minute cracks occur, and although there is no water leakage, the appearance is unsightly. In either case, repair work is required.

Conventional renovation methods for this purpose include applying unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin to the entire inner wall surface of the pool body to be renovated, laying glass fiber on top to defoam, and then applying the above resin. The main method used is to repeat this process many times (the product formed by this process is the so-called
FRP).

While leaving a desired width of distance C' between d and the outer peripheral edges 1d, 1d are parallel to each other, the adhesive body 2 is attached to the pool through the surface (other surface) exposed on the back side of the sheet 1. Paste it over the entire inner wall surface B' of main body B (see Figure 3).

As is well known, the FRP lining material 3 is made of glass fiber and a thermosetting resin such as unsaturated polyester or epoxy containing additives such as hardeners and accelerators. By repeating the operation of embedding in the lower part of C, placing a glass fiber on top of it, degassing it, and embedding the above resin agent again, the gap C' between the outer peripheral edges 1d and 1d of the adjacent sheets 1 and 1 is , and the upper part of the step portion 1b which is continuous with this gap C' is filled in the gap C.

By filling this lining material 3, the adjacent surface finishing panels A and A are connected in a watertight manner to form a repaired wall D on the inner wall surface B' of the pool body B.
To prevent water leakage in the aging pool body B.

In addition, the lining material 3 is also filled between the stepped portion 1b' located above the surface finishing panel A attached to the side wall b1 side of the pool body B and the upper edge B1 ' of the inner wall surface B'. It goes without saying that you should.

In addition, as shown in the figure, the surface finish panel A has a large number of fixing holes 1c in the stepped portion 1b, and after the surface finish panel A is attached to the inner wall surface B',
Before entering the second step, screws 5 may be inserted into the fixing holes 1c and fixed to the side wall portion b 1 and the bottom wall portion b 2 with screws. In this case, the inner wall surface of surface finishing panel A
B' can be more firmly attached, and the reliability of the repaired wall D can be further improved.

In addition, if a release paper is pasted on the side (other side) of the adhesive body 2 that is exposed on the back side of the sheet 1 so that it can be peeled off during use, it is possible to stack a large number of surface finishing panels A when storing or transporting them. They also do not stick to each other and are convenient to use.

In addition, in this example, the pool body B is made of FRP.
Although the present invention has been described as a pool made of concrete, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it goes without saying that it can also be used to repair pools made of concrete and metal.

<Actions and Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention has a square planar shape.
After pasting a large number of FRP surface finishing panels on the inner wall surface of the pool body, FRP is applied to the small area between each surface finishing panel.
Since the repaired wall is formed by filling with the lining material, the process of pasting the surface finishing panel is the main step, and the area to be coated with the lining material can be small.

Therefore, renovation work is easy and requires less effort than the conventional method, which involves repeatedly applying FRP lining material with a degassing operation over the entire pool. , construction period is short and economical.

依つて、所期の目的を達成し得る。 Thus, the intended purpose can be achieved.
