Traditionally used pools are made of concrete.
They can be roughly divided into metal and FRP products, but after long-term use, concrete products may crack and become unusable due to weathering and erosion, and metal products may become unusable due to chlorine used in swimming pools. Due to the effects of sterilizing agents, local corrosion occurs particularly at welded parts, causing water leakage.Furthermore, in the case of FRP, the surface color fades due to ultraviolet rays, and scratches and minute cracks occur, and although there is no water leakage, the appearance is unsightly. There are problems and repairs are required in both cases.

Traditionally, renovations for this purpose have involved applying unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin to the entire wall of the pool being renovated, laying glass fiber on top to defoam, and then applying the above resin. It mainly uses a structure that can be repeated many times (the product formed by this is called FRP).

However, when such prior art is used, there is a problem that the work is complicated and time-consuming, and therefore the cost is high because it requires a long construction period.

The technical means of the present invention consists of a deck finished surface part for repairing the deck of an existing pool using a synthetic resin material such as FRP, and a side wall finished surface part hanging from the tip of the deck finished surface part for repairing the pool side of the existing pool. A side wall finishing panel formed by integral molding and a bottom wall finishing panel made of synthetic resin such as FRP having a rectangular planar shape are prepared, and the boundary between the deck finished surface part and the side wall finished surface part in the side wall finished panel is prepared. A recess for filling with filler material is formed on the back surface of the pool over the entire length, a filler is applied to the back surface of the side wall finishing panel and inside the recess for filling, and the side wall finishing panels are crimped in parallel to each other over the entire length of the side wall of the pool. At the same time, the bottom wall finishing panels are laid and fixed in parallel to the bottom of the pool with a cushion material interposed on the back side, and the walls are placed between the side wall finishing panels, between the bottom wall finishing panels, and between the side wall finishing panels and the bottom wall finishing panels. A synthetic resin lining material such as FRP is embedded and fixed in the lining.

As is conventionally known, the lining material 2 includes a hardening agent,
It is made of unsaturated polyester or epoxy thermosetting resin containing additives such as accelerators and glass fiber, and foamed polyethylene is placed between the mounting flanges 12 of the adjacent bottom wall finishing panels 3, 3. A tape 13 made of urethane or the like is pasted over the entire length to prevent the glass fibers from falling, and the resin agent and glass fibers are placed in the stepped portion 15 on this tape 13 and removed while impregnating both. By repeating the operation of foaming and embedding the resin agent as described above, it is embedded and fixed in the stepped portion 15.

As described above, the present invention integrates a deck finished surface part for renovating the deck of an existing pool using synthetic resin materials such as FRP, and a side wall finished surface part that hangs down from the tip of the deck finished surface part and repairs the pool side of the existing pool. A side wall finish panel formed by molding and a bottom wall finish panel made of synthetic resin such as FRP having a rectangular planar shape are prepared, and the boundary between the deck finished surface part and the side wall finished surface part in the side wall finish panel is prepared. A recess for filling with a filler material is formed on the back surface over the entire length, a filler is applied to the back surface of the side wall finishing panel and inside the recess for filling, and the side wall finishing panel is crimped in parallel to each other over the entire length of the side wall of the pool. , Lay and fix the bottom wall finishing panels in parallel to the bottom of the pool with cushioning material interposed on the back side, respectively between the side wall finishing panels, between the bottom wall finishing panels, and between the side wall finishing panels and the bottom wall finishing panels. Since the lining material made of synthetic resin such as FRP is embedded and fixed, it has the following effects.

The side wall finishing panels are crimped parallel to each other along the entire length of the pool side wall using the filler material on the back side,
Since the bottom wall finishing panels are laid and fixed in parallel to the bottom of the pool with a cushion material interposed on the back side, the work of laying the side wall finishing panels and the bottom wall finishing panel is the main work, and the area to be coated with the lining material can be minimized.
