Generally, a waterproof sheet or waterproof layer made of vinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, polyester, urethane, etc. is placed on the roof of a building finished with mortar or on the inner wall of a structure such as a swimming pool to prevent water leakage. Conventionally, this waterproof sheet has been installed by bonding the concrete surface and the waterproof sheet with an adhesive such as acrylic, urethane, epoxy, synthetic rubber, or polyester. In addition, measures such as plugging were taken in areas where particularly high adhesive strength was required.

However, when installing a waterproof sheet, no matter how good the construction technique is, the moisture content of the base mortar at the time of construction and the strength of the base mortar made by other companies are two-component heating type ( Due to poor mixing of the above-mentioned urethane-based and epoxy-based adhesives, the adhesive strength fluctuates greatly, resulting in a decrease in service life.

In addition, the method of driving the plug to increase its strength generates a high noise when driving the plug, so it is not suitable for hospitals, schools, etc. Furthermore, according to conventional construction methods, if the tarpaulin sheet is torn at even one point, the water that permeates through this area will dissolve the alkaline content in the concrete and attack the surrounding adhesive, causing rapid peeling of the tarpaulin sheet. It turns out.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for installing a waterproof sheet for a structure, which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, increases the bonding strength between the base mortar and the waterproof sheet, and thereby significantly extends the service life.

Figures 1 to 3 show a method for installing a waterproof sheet on a flat wall surface such as the roof of a building that has been finished with mortar.First, the finishing mortar layer 2 is applied to the surface of the base wall 1 as shown in Figure 1. In forming this layer, the finishing mortar layer 2 is protruded using a template 6, and the template 6 is brought into contact with the finishing mortar layer 2 to such an extent that its peg-shaped body 6b is buried in the finishing mortar layer 2. Then, the template 6 comes into contact with the mortar at the initial stage of the hydration reaction and is exfoliated by embossing. Since a cavity 3 remains in the finished mortar layer 2 after many peg-shaped bodies have come out, use a cement trowel or the like to remove the corner of the entrance periphery of the cavity 3.
G is lightly pressed to reduce or deform the vicinity of the inlet. Thereafter, after waiting for the finishing mortar layer 2 to dry, an adhesive layer or a viscous material layer 5 is formed, and a viscous material or adhesive having the same composition as that of the waterproof sheet is filled in the cavity 3. Fill r 4 through the cavity. Then, a waterproof sheet 7 is placed on the surface of the finishing mortar layer 2.
When stretched, the viscous body 4 solidifies within the cavity 3 and is integrally joined to the waterproof sheet 7. The viscous material 4 filled in the cavity 3 hardens to form a wedge-shaped solidified portion 4a, which functions as an embedded wedge plug and does not come out of the cavity. Therefore, the waterproof sheet 5 is semi-permanently fixed to both the flat wall and the upright wall surface.

The present invention is also applicable to the waterproofing of flat walls on rooftops, aquariums, and swimming pools. For construction on an existing wall surface, the finishing mortar layer 2 according to the present invention is overcoated on the existing base wall l.

According to the present invention, the fixing power of the waterproof sheet 7 is not affected by the water content or surface strength of the finishing mortar layer 2, which is the base, and is hardly affected by it. Necessarily, the waterproof sheet 7 is strongly bonded to the finishing mortar layer 2 at each cavity point, so that
There is no possibility of continuous peeling of the waterproof sheet. Even if a crack occurs in the waterproof sheet 7 due to a cause such as a scratch, it remains only in one part and does not spread over a wide area, making repair extremely easy.

In addition, since the contractile force of the waterproof sheet acts parallel to the wall surface, the diameter of the upper part of the cavity does not necessarily have to be reduced, but may instead be expanded to ψ as shown in FIG. 2a.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the viscous substance filled in the cavity solidifies in the cavity and becomes a wedge plug, increasing the adhesive area, and since it is integrated with the waterproof sheet, it is waterproof. The sheet will not peel off from both the flat wall and the vertical wall surface. Therefore, the waterproof sheet produced by the construction method of the present invention can maintain a semi-permanent service life. Furthermore, this construction method can easily obtain the same locking force as newly constructed walls, as well as to the existing base walls. It is also possible to install a thick waterproof sheet.

In addition, the construction process was not affected by the quality of the underlying mortar, did not require advanced technology, and did not generate noise, resulting in many benefits.
