Generally, a waterproof sheet or waterproof layer made of vinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, polyester, urethane, etc. is provided on the rooftops of buildings finished with mortar and on the inner walls of structures such as swimming pools to prevent water leakage. Conventionally, this waterproof sheet has been installed by bonding the concrete surface and the waterproof sheet using an adhesive such as acrylic, urethane, epoxy, synthetic rubber, or polyester. In addition, measures such as plugging were taken in areas where particularly high adhesive strength was required.

However, when constructing a waterproof sheet, no matter how good the construction technology is, there are problems such as the moisture content of the base mortar at the time of construction, differences in the strength of the base mortar used by other companies, or the two-component mixed type (urethane type mentioned above). ,
Due to poor mixing of the epoxy adhesive, etc., the adhesive strength fluctuates greatly, leading to a reduction in service life. In addition, the above-mentioned method of driving the plug to increase its strength generates a lot of noise when driving the plug, so hospitals
It is not suitable for schools etc. Furthermore, according to conventional construction, if the waterproof sheet is torn in even one place, the water that permeates through this part will dissolve the alkaline content in the concrete and attack the surrounding adhesive, causing the waterproof sheet to peel off rapidly. become.

In order to achieve the above object, the configuration of the present invention is as follows. That is, when constructing a waterproof structure in which a waterproof sheet is stretched over a flat wall surface, a template in which a large number of downward peg-like bodies are bored into the finishing mortar layer forming the flat wall surface is used, and the peg-like bodies are attached to the finished mortar layer. The template is brought into contact with the mortar layer to such an extent that it is buried in the mortar layer, and the template is peeled off before the finishing mortar layer hardens. After the layer dries, a viscous material or adhesive having the same composition as the waterproof sheet is applied to the peg-shaped body. The adhesive is applied to the surface of the finishing mortar layer while filling the cavity after the mortar has been removed, thereby joining the viscous material or adhesive and the waterproof sheet together.

Embodiment Figures 1 to 3 show a method for installing a waterproof sheet on a flat wall surface such as the roof of a building that has been finished with mortar. 2, but in forming this layer, a template 6 is used to form the finishing mortar layer 2.
A cavity 3 is provided in. The template 6 is formed by, for example, a flat main body 6a with a plurality of peg-like bodies 6b projecting downward, as shown in FIG. make contact to the extent that Then, the template 6 comes into contact with the mortar at the initial stage of the hydration reaction and is exfoliated by embossing. As a result, a cavity 3 remains in the finished mortar layer 2 after many peg-like bodies have been removed, so use a cement trowel or the like to lightly press the corner 3a of the entrance of the cavity 3, and apply pressure to the vicinity of the entrance. to reduce or deform the diameter. Thereafter, after waiting for the finishing mortar layer 2 to dry, a viscous material or adhesive 4 having the same composition as the waterproof sheet is filled into the cavity 3 while forming an adhesive layer or a viscous material layer 5. When a waterproof sheet 7 is stretched over the surface of the finished mortar layer 2, the viscous body 4 solidifies within the cavity 3 and is integrally joined to the waterproof sheet 7. The viscous material 4 filled in the cavity 3 hardens to form a wedge-shaped solidified portion 4a, which functions as an embedded wedge plug and does not come out of the cavity. Therefore, the waterproof sheet 5 is semi-permanently fixed to the flat wall surface and the rising wall surface.

The diameter of the peg-shaped body 6b is approximately 2 to 10 mm, and the length thereof is approximately the same, and either a cylindrical or conical shape is used. The arrangement may be random. Moreover, the material is made of various materials such as metal and synthetic resin. A peg-like body 6b may be provided on the surface of the roller.

The present invention is applicable not only to the above-mentioned flat roof wall but also to waterproofing of aquariums and swimming pools. For construction on an existing wall surface, the finishing mortar layer 2 according to the present invention is overcoated on the existing base wall 1.

According to the present invention, the fixing power of the waterproof sheet 7 is not affected by the amount of moisture or the surface strength of the finishing mortar layer 2, which is the base, and is almost unaffected, and moreover, requires advanced technology. Since the waterproof sheet 7 is strongly bonded to the finished mortar layer 2 at each cavity point without causing any peeling of the waterproof sheet, a chain reaction of peeling of the waterproof sheet does not occur. Even if a crack occurs in the waterproof sheet 7 due to a cause such as a scratch, it remains only in one part and does not spread over a wide area, making repair extremely easy.

Note that, since the contractile force of the waterproof sheet acts parallel to the wall surface, the diameter of the upper part of the cavity does not necessarily have to be reduced, but may instead be expanded as shown in FIG. 2a.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the viscous substance filled in the cavity solidifies into a plug within the cavity, and the adhesion area also increases. Therefore, since the contraction force acting on the waterproof sheet acts parallel to the wall surface, the plug opposes this force, thereby preventing continuous peeling of the waterproof sheet. Therefore, the waterproof sheet produced by the construction method of the present invention can maintain a semi-permanent service life. Furthermore, this construction method can easily obtain the same locking force as newly constructed walls, as well as to the existing base walls. It is also possible to install a thick waterproof sheet.

Additionally, the construction process was not affected by the quality of the underlying mortar, did not require advanced technology, and did not emit any noise.
