Generally, waterproof sheets made of vinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, etc. are placed on the roofs of buildings finished with mortar and on the inner walls of structures such as swimming pools to prevent water leakage. Conventionally, this waterproof sheet has been installed by bonding the concrete surface and the waterproof sheet using a synthetic rubber adhesive, an acrylic adhesive, a urethane adhesive, an epoxy adhesive, or the like. In addition, measures such as plugging were taken in areas where particularly high adhesive strength was required.

However, originally, when installing a tarpaulin sheet,
No matter how good the construction technique is, there may be problems due to the moisture content of the base mortar at the time of construction, differences in the strength of the base mortar used by other companies, or poor mixing of the two-component type (urethane type, epoxy type) adhesive. Adhesive strength fluctuates greatly, leading to a decrease in service life. Further, the method of increasing the strength by driving the plug generates a high noise when driving the plug, and is therefore not suitable for hospitals, schools, etc. Furthermore, according to conventional construction, if the waterproof sheet is torn in even one place, the water that permeates through this part will dissolve the alkaline content in the concrete and attack the surrounding adhesive, causing the waterproof sheet to peel off rapidly. become.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for installing a waterproof sheet for a structure, which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, increases the bonding strength between the base mortar and the waterproof sheet, and thereby significantly extends the service life.

Figures 1 and 2 show a method for installing a waterproof sheet on a flat wall surface such as the roof of a building finished with mortar.
In forming the finishing mortar layer 2a on the surface of the base wall 1, a large number of small spherical chips 3 are mixed into the finishing mortar 2. The chips 3 may be, for example, foamed polyethylene, styrofoam, styrene, urethane, etc., or made into chips made of paper, pulp, or other water-soluble materials, and the surface thereof may be covered with a resin that is insoluble in water. It is formed with a diameter of 2 to 10 mm. Next, the surface is polished after waiting for the finishing mortar layer 2a to dry. As a result, the surface of the finishing mortar layer 2a is scraped, and a portion of the chips 3 are exposed on the surface. Next, the foam chips are melted to form cavities 3a by adding a dissolving liquid onto the flat bottom wall or by running a heated roller or the like. Then, the adhesive 4 is applied to the surface of the finished mortar 2, including the cavity, to form an adhesive layer 4a, and the waterproof sheet 5 is pasted through the layer.

The adhesive 4 that has entered the cavity 3a solidifies within the cavity, becomes wedge-shaped, and firmly locks the waterproof sheet 5. Therefore, the waterproof sheet 5 will not peel off from the finished mortar surface. A vinyl chloride sheet is generally used as the waterproof sheet 5, and a solution containing the same components such as polyester, urethane, acrylic, synthetic rubber, etc., is also used for the adhesive.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if a sticky liquid having the same composition as the waterproof sheet 5 and capable of molecularly welding with the sheet is used as a filler in the cavity 3a instead of the adhesive, the above embodiment can be achieved. The waterproof sheet 5 can be directly stretched by omitting the adhesive layer 4a.

The chip 3 does not necessarily need to be completely melted, but only needs to be able to exert a wedging force. Therefore, in addition to being spherical, it may also be shaped like an amorphous block.

The present invention is applicable not only to the above-mentioned flat walls and rising walls on rooftops, but also to waterproofing of aquariums and swimming pools. In order to waterproof an existing wall surface, a finishing mortar layer 2a according to the present invention is formed on top of the existing base wall 1.

According to the present invention, the waterproof sheet 5 is strongly adhered to the finishing mortar layer 2a at each point regardless of the construction conditions of the layer, so peeling of the waterproof sheet does not occur in a chain reaction as in the past. Never.
In addition, even if cracks occur due to scratches or other causes,
Repairs can be kept to a minimum because the damage is limited to that part without spreading to other areas.

As described above, the present invention forms a finishing mortar layer containing a large number of meltable small-sized chips on the base wall, exposes the chips to the surface, melts the chips to form a cavity, and fills the cavity with an adhesive. Alternatively, the waterproof sheet is fixed by filling and solidifying the sticky liquid to generate a wedge force and fixing the waterproof sheet through the adhesive or the sticky liquid, so that the waterproof sheet can be separated from the finished mortar layer with the help of the wedge force. This resulted in a strong locking for a long period of time. Moreover, this construction method can easily exert the same locking force as a new wall, not only on a newly constructed flat wall surface or a rising wall surface, but also on an existing base wall. It is also possible to install a thick waterproof sheet.

In addition, the construction is not affected by the quality of the underlying mortar, does not require advanced technology, and does not generate noise.
