Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove a dirt attracted onto a surface with a static electricity without damaging a magnetic disk by providing an air blowoff hole, an ionizer provided in the route of a clean air generator and a vacuum pump for a suction from an air suction hole.
CONSTITUTION: An air cylinder 6 having a guide is moved, an arm 5 is moved to the inner circle part of a magnetic disk 10, and next, the magnetic disk 10 is rotated. Upper and lower respective three sheets of magnets 3a-3c and 4a-4c are fitted to the chip of an arm 4, and by the magnetic field, the magnetic disk 10 is demagnetized. When a compressed air ionized through an ionizer 7 is fed from a clean air generator 8 to blowoff holes 1a and 1b, the dirt attracted onto the surface of the magnetic disk 10 is blown off, and the dirt blown off and the compressed air are sucked from suction holes 2a and 2b and fed to a vacuum pump 9.
