Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 混成集積回路基板上に複数の半導体素子及
び外部リード端子が固着され、前記半導体素子を
密封封止するためのケース材と前記混成集積回路
基板とが固着された混成集積回路と、 前記混成集積回路が載置され前記外部リード端
子を位置規制するリード補強部と前記混成集積回
路を支持する支持体と前記支持体の底面に設けら
れたスペーサ部とを備えた載置材と、 前記混成集積回路が取付けられ、前記載置材の
スペーサ部によつて形成される空間部に複数の電
子部品が配置された取付け基板とを有することを
特徴とする混成集積回路装置。 (2) 前記リード補強部はＬ字形に形成され、前
記外部リード端子を位置規制するための複数の穴
が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の混
成集積回路装置。 (3) 前記外部リード端子は前記混成集積回路基
板より水平された後略直角に曲折されていること
を特徴とする請求項１記載の混成集積回路装置。 (4) 前記混成集積回路基板は絶縁金属基板であ
ることを特徴とする請求項１記載の混成集積回路
