図において、１は半導体レーザー、２はレーザ
ー素子、３は光電変換素子、４は光出力安定化回
路、４ａは印刷基板、５はバイアス電流、６はモ
ニタ電流、７は電気信号入力端子、８は可変抵抗
器、８ａは可変抵抗器の端子、９はトランジスタ
、９ａはベース端子、１０はリード線、１１ａ，
１１ｂはパターン、１２はハンダである。尚、図

介して行うことを特徴とする光出力安定化回路用
