Claims (1)
遅延媒体とプリント配線され外部回路接続用のリ
ードフレーム端子を有する絶縁基板とを、入出力
トランスデユーサへの信号入力及び信号出力を該
絶縁基板を通じて行なうよう入出力トランスデユ
ーサと該絶縁基板のターミナルを導電接続し、該
絶縁基板を入出力トランスデユーサに近接してケ
ースに収納したことを特徴とする超音波遅延線。 A delay medium having an input/output transducer at a predetermined location and an insulating substrate having lead frame terminals for connection to an external circuit that are printed and wired are connected, and signals are input to and output from the input/output transducer through the insulating substrate.
