配設される。昇降駆動装置8は、昇降路6の上端
に設けた正逆駆動式のモータ9と、連動する駆動
輪体10や遊転輪体11間に亘つて掛けたチエン
などの索体12とからなり、索体12の一端を昇
降体7の上端に連結すると共に、他端にバランス
ウエイト13を取付けている。前記昇降体7は、
索体12が連結される枠体14と、この枠体14
内に密閉空間を形成するカバー体15とからな
る。そして両側に取付けた夫々複数個のガイドロ
ーラ16を介して、昇降体7内に配設してガイド
レール17に支持案内されることによつて、昇降
体7は一定経路上で昇降自在となる。前記カバー
体15内は大まかに4つの室に区画される。すな
わち上端から中間下部に亘つての仕切板18によ
つて前後に分けられ、そして前部はメツシユ板1
9により上部の排気室20と下部の荷収納室21
とに区画される。また後部は連通部材22を介し
て、上部の吸気室23と下部の循環室24とに区
画される。そして昇降体7に設けられるクリーン
ユニツト25フイルタ26とフアン27とからな
り、ここでフイルタ26は排気室20内の下部で
メツシユ板19の近くに配設され、またフアン2
7は吸気室23内において仕切板18に取付けら
れ、その吸気口28を吸気室23内に位置させる
と共に、排気口29を排気室20に開放してい
る。前記カバー体15の前面側で且つ荷収納室2
1に対向する部分には、中央部に出入口30を有
する窓枠状の矩形枠体31が配設され、この矩形
枠体31はカバー体15との間に設けたガイド機
構32と押付け駆動装置(モータなど)33とに
よつて、縦壁体5側に対して接近離間自在とな
る。なお矩形枠体31とカバー体15との間に
は、シール用の蛇腹体34が配設される。前記矩
形枠体31は昇降体側開閉扉35を昇降自在に支
持案内し、その昇降は、枠体14側に取付けたモ
ータ36と、これに連動する索体37とにより行
なわれる。各クリーンルーム1において、前記昇
降体7の出入口30が対向自在な縦壁体5の部分
に、該縦壁体5を貫設する四角筒状のボツクス体
38により連通路39が形成される。この連通路
39内には、左右一対を一組として二組の荷受台
40が固定して配設される。また連通路39の昇
降路6側の端部には、ガイドロツド41に複数の
ローラ42を介して昇降自在に支持案内される連
通路側開閉扉43が配設され、その昇降はシリン
ダ装置44につて行なわれる。なおボツクス体3
8の内端は、前記矩形枠体31の前面に取付けた
シール部材45が接当自在なシール面46に形成
される。前記荷収納室21と循環室24との下部
間に亘つて、前記荷受台40との間で荷47の受
け渡しを行なう搬入出装置48が二組配設され
る。すなわち昇降体7側にガイド機構49を介し
て支持案内される昇降台50が設けられ、この昇
降台50は昇降駆動装置51に連動している。こ
の昇降台50上には前後方向のレール52が敷設
され、このレール52にスライド体53を介して
支持案内される荷支持板54が設けられる。この
荷支持板54はフオーク形式であつて、左右一対
の荷受台40間に突入自在である。前記昇降台5
0には、モータ55に連動する駆動輪体56と、
前後一対の遊転輪体57,58とが配設され、こ
れら輪体56,57,58間に掛張した無端回動
体59の一箇所を前記荷支持板54間に結合して
