といつた工程が省略され、1回の成形により各部
一体に成形されるので、極めて製造が簡素化され
るとともに、各部の接合のための部品あるいは嵌
め込み等による構造を必要としないので、極めて
シンプルな構造となる等の利点を有する。

上記上型に固定された芯材の下面には予め上記接
合縁上に沿つたシール材をセツトし、上型を下型
に結合した際に上記シール材が上記接合縁を押圧
してその表皮および表皮材の重合部をシールする
ようなしたことを特徴とする自動車用内装材の製
造方法。
