This is an instrument core material made of resin, and an elastic panel 2 is attached to the surface of the instrument core material 1 to form an instrument panel 3. A conventional example of molding the instrument panel 3 is as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, and the conventional example shown in FIG. 4 is a core mold 4 prepared in advance.
Then, the instrument core material 1 is set, and the cavity 6 of the cavity mold 5 corresponding to the core mold 4 is set with a skin 6 formed in advance by powder slush molding or the like. Then, after injecting an appropriate amount of foaming resin material onto the core material 1 or the skin 6 set in the above-mentioned mold 4 or 5, both molds 4 and 5 are closed, and thereafter both these molds 4, 5 The foamable resin is foamed by heat treatment, etc., to form the foam layer 7 integrated with the core material 1 and the skin 6.

There is a problem that the resin is leaked and a foamed resin leak portion 7 ′ is generated outside the skin 6. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, as shown in FIG. 5, the instrument core 1 set in the core mold 4,
A sealing urethane tape 9 is interposed on the joint surface with the skin 6 set in the cavity mold 5, and the joint surface of the core material 1 with the skin 6 is adhered to prevent the leakage of the foamable resin. Proposed. However, in the sealing means using the urethane urethane tape 9 for sealing, the urethane urethane tape 9 for sealing has to be attached to each instrument core material 1, so that it is troublesome to attach the tape.
There is a problem that it takes man-hours and the product becomes expensive.

An object of the present invention is to provide an elastic pad capable of preventing the foamable resin from leaking out due to the contact pressure between the ridge and the skin and the resistance over the ridge.

The strip 11 is formed integrally with the surface of the instrument core 1.

Therefore, the foaming resin interposed between the outer skin 6 and the core 1 can effectively prevent the foaming resin from leaking to the outside due to the forming action of the ridge 11. Therefore, since the foamed resin can be prevented from leaking by providing the ridge 11 on the instrument core material 1, the contact area between the edge portion of the skin 6 and the core material 1 can be reduced.
Further, since the contact pressure of the protrusions 11 with the outer skin is high, the displacement of the outer skin 6 during foam molding of the expandable resin can be prevented, and an elastic pad of good quality can be produced. Further, the ridges 11 provided on the core material 1 can be integrally molded at the time of resin molding of the core material 1, and since the ridges are not molded by post-processing or the like, the features such as good productivity are provided. can get.

Further, in the elastic pad in which the skin 6 is placed on the cavity mold 5, the both molds 4 and 5 are clamped, and the foam material 7 filled on the core material 1 is foamed and molded. The foaming agent 7 is provided so that the ridges 11 are provided along the peripheral edge portion so that the ridges 11 closely adhere to the skin 6 during the mold clamping.
Since this is an elastic pad that does not leak out, the contact area between the edge of the skin 6 and the core 1 can be reduced. Further, since the contact pressure of the ridges 11 with the outer skin is high, it is possible to prevent the displacement of the outer skin 6 during foam molding of the expandable resin, and it is possible to produce an elastic pad of good quality. Further, the ridges 11 provided on the core material 1 can be integrally molded at the time of resin molding of the core material 1, and since the ridges are not molded by post-processing or the like, the effect of good productivity can be obtained.
