気洗浄装置からの希薄酸を前記廃液塩酸回収装置の給水
タンクに導いて前記上部充填物の上方に散布することで
ある。

希薄廃液は前述のように不足分の補給水が加えられた後
、吸収塔23の頂部から散布され循環ポンプ26により
吸収塔内を循環し、所定の塩酸濃度の回収酸しとて回収
