(54) METHOD FOR REGULATING VAPOR-GAS EMISSIONS
Dissolving the flux of sulfate production of pulp, the condensate obtained as a result of cooling of vapor-gas emissions is divided into two streams, while the stream with a high content of sodium sulfide is returned to the melt solvent, and to flushing the emissions a stream with a lower content sodium sulfide, and HfJM in this apparatus is condensed and cooled to 25–30 ° C with water param. sodium hydroxide is added, and the rinsing is carried out with a concentration of caustic soda of 3-5 g / l with continuous return of the captured chemicals to the solvent melt. The drawing shows a flow chart that implements the proposed method. Steam-gas emissions from the solvent of the melt 1 enter the gas-liquid heat exchanger 2, where the bases for the condensation of water vapor, the utilization of their heat and the partial capture of chemicals take place. The resulting condensate containing trapped chemicals with a large amount of sodium sulfide is returned to the melt solvent. The non-condensed gases containing chemicals with a small amount of sodium feed feed are sprayed into the atmosphere by means of a jet gas scrubber 3, which, simultaneously with the ejection of these gases, are recycled to the atmosphere or returned to the solvent by means of valves 4 and 5. The liquid separated in the droplet separator jet is discharged into intermediate tank 6. The intermediate tank is filled with water or an alkaline solution to start the jet washer. Slag using pump 7 is transported into the tank-solvent. To irrigate the jet gas flush fluid with a pump 8 under a pressure of 600-800 kPa through the liquid heat exchanger 9 is supplied to the spray device of the jet gas scrubber 3. The necessary concentration of alkali in the spray solution for effective absorption of hydrogen sulfide is 3-5 g / l, maintained before pump 6 NaOH solution. An example. Gas-vapor emissions from the solvent tank of the SRKA with a capacity of 320 mt. with. v / day a.s.v.-absolutely dry substance) in the amount of 10,000 with a working condition, humidity 70%, dust 10 g / nm dry gas and hydrogen sulfide concentration - 0.3 g / nm dry gas served in a horizontal heat exchange apparatus. Gas is directed into the annulus, and water for cooling is directed through pipes. The condensate formed during the cooling of the vapor-gas mixture is poured into the melt solvent. After the heat exchanger is cooled, the mixture is fed to the jetting gas washing system, irrigated with an alkaline solution, which is a mixture of condensate formed during the condensation of the water vapor remaining in the gases in the jet washer, with a fresh alkaline solution. Moreover, fresh alkaline solution is fed to maintain the alkali in the circulating fluid to a value of 3-5 g / l. To create conditions for the deep condensation of water vapor before spraying the jet gas scrubber, the alkaline solution is cooled in a liquid heat exchanger to a temperature of 298-303 K. The specific flow rate of the liquid that is fed to the jet gas scrubber with a pressure of 800 kPa is equal to 1.8 l / syrupic gas. The excess liquid formed by condensation through the overflow of the intermediate tank is returned to the solvent melt. The test results are presented in the table. Thus, the proposed method, along with dust collection, allows for efficient (up to 99.3%) capture of hydrogen sulfide. In addition, simple instrumentation due to the use of a liquid heat exchanger on the alkaline solution supply line prior to irrigation of the jet gas scrubber allows almost completely utilizing the heat of the vapor-air mixture.
