Claims (1)
- 被測定光を入射して２方向に分岐する第１の光
フアイバ・カプラと、この第１の光フアイバ・カ
プラの２つの出力ポートに分岐した光をそれぞれ
異なる入力ポートに入射して干渉させる第２の光
フアイバ・カプラと、前記第１の光フアイバ・カ
プラの一方の出力ポートからの出力光を周波数シ
フトする超音波光変調器と、前記第１の光フアイ
バ・カプラの一方または他方の出力ポートからの
出力光を所定時間遅延する遅延フアイバと、前記
第２の光フアイバ・カプラからの光ビート信号を
検出する受光素子と、前記超音波光変調器を駆動
する発振器と、この発振器の出力に対応する信号
と前記受光素子の出力との位相差を検出する位相
比較器と、この位相比較器の出力から被測定光の
周波数変化を演算する信号処理装置とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする光周波数変化測定装置。
