Claims (1)
- 発振周波数に広がりがある可干渉光源と、該可干渉光源
の出射光を伝送するための光ファイバと、該光ファイバ
の該可干渉源側の反対側に設けた光フィルタと、該光フ
ィルタにより選択的に反射され該光ファイバにより再び
該可千渉光源側に戻る光を該出射光の光路から分岐する
光分岐器と、該光分岐器により分岐した光の周波数を検
出する干渉計と、該干渉計からの出力により該光フィル
タ近傍の温度の変化を表示するための温度表示器とから
構成されることを特徴とする光干渉型温度測定器。
