(Prior Art) Large structures such as buildings have frames made of steel frames, and floors and exterior walls are formed using the frames as a base. In many cases, a rectangular curtain wall is used as the exterior wall material, and the curtain wall is fixed to the framework.
By the way, in the case of buildings constructed using such external wall materials, the external wall materials often get dirty and spoil the appearance of the building, but in buildings with removable external wall materials fixed, , the exterior wall material can be removed and replaced with a new one. However, replacing exterior wall materials is a difficult task, and at the same time, if another building is built next door, it becomes difficult to install a large work platform around the building. On the other hand, once the indoor equipment necessary for the building has been completed, it is necessary to use the entrance on the first floor, and items brought in from the entrance must be transported to the designated floor using an elevator. be carried to. Some of the items mentioned above are too large to be loaded onto the elevator, and there are also cases where the elevator cannot be used due to their weight. Therefore, in such cases, it is necessary to partially disassemble the product, transport it, and reassemble it at the designated location. Of course, similar problems occur not only when transporting equipment into a building, but also when transporting equipment once stored. The above-mentioned problem regarding the person carrying out indoor equipment is not limited to buildings made of external wall materials such as curtain walls, but is a problem that always occurs in large buildings. However, if the amount is large, it becomes a problem, and it becomes a serious problem especially if the office is located on the uppermost floor of a high-rise building. (Objective of the present invention) Buildings built based on the conventional style have the above-mentioned problems. The present invention is a technology developed with the aim of solving these problems.Firstly, it makes it easy to install and remove exterior wall materials, and it also makes it easier for people to carry out indoor equipment from the space where the exterior wall materials have been removed. To provide an exterior wall of a building that can be used for construction work, and an exterior wall that can promote workability until the completion of construction.

By the way, the running tool 6 that loosely fits into the guide rail 1 attached to the pillar that forms the framework of the building, and the running tool 6
FIG. 4 shows a specific example of the loading platform 2 connected to the arm 7 extending from the top. In the figure, the guide rail 1 is fixed along a pillar 8 by welding or other means, has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a roller as a running tool 6 is loosely fitted into the guide rail 1. The arm 7 extends from a connecting rod 9 connecting both running tools 6 and projects outward from an opening 10 of the guide rail 1. In addition, fixing fittings 11 are fixed to the pillar 8 in places by welding or the like.
The outer wall material 5 is fixed to the fixing fitting 11 via an embedded bolt 12 protruding toward the back side. And the attached exterior wall material 5
, 5 is formed, and the arm 7 passes through the gap 13 and is connected to the loading frame 2 located outside. Therefore, since rainwater etc. enters the interior through the gap between the outer wall materials 5, 5, a sealing material is installed between the guide rail 1 and the outer wall material 5 as a means to prevent the rainwater from entering.
4, and the sealing material 14 is provided along the guide rail 1. Here, the sealing material 14 is not limited to a special material, but for example, as shown in the cross section in FIG. Water-swollen rubber 16 has a primary sealing effect due to rubber elastic pressure as a general rubber, but also a secondary sealing effect obtained by self-volume expansion caused by hydrophilic parts in the rubber bonding with water molecules upon contact with water. Due to the second sealing effect, rainwater entering the gap 13 of the outer wall material 5 is completely sealed. FIG. 6 shows details of the outer wall material fixing portion from the side, and corresponds to an enlarged view of section A in FIG. 2. The external wall material 5 is a rectangular or square plate-shaped body whose width in the width direction is between the pillars 8 and 8, and its height is between the beams 17 and 17. as shown in FIG. 19 is exterior wall material 5
It is interposed between.

By the way, although the guide rail 1, which is a main constituent element of the present invention, has a U-shaped cross section in the above embodiment, it is limited to a guide rail 1 in which the traveling tool 6 is loosely fitted and is movable up and down. Furthermore, although a roller is generally suitable for the traveling tool 6, it is not limited to the roller. The loading frame 2 also shows the case where the exterior wall material 5 is loaded in the example, so the loading frame 2 is of a form suitable for loading the exterior wall material 5fi, so other indoor equipment items can be loaded. If so, a suitable mount can be used. As described above, the following effects can be obtained by attaching a vertical guide rail to the outer periphery of the outer wall of a building as in accordance with the present invention.

(Effects) (1) By attaching the guide rail to the outer peripheral pillars that form the framework of the building, or by forming the guide rail as a part of the pillar, the guide rail can be attached as described in the above embodiment. It is possible to loosely fit the traveling implement, extend an arm from the traveling implement, and connect the loading frame to the arm. Therefore, the loading pedestal can be moved up and down along the guide rails using the lifting device installed on the roof, making it possible to transport necessary indoor equipment to each floor using the loading pedestal. As a result, work efficiency is greatly increased.

(2) Also, the exterior wall materials of the building are fixed to the pillars and beams with gaps between them, so even when the exterior wall materials are fixed, the loading frame cannot be moved along the guide rail. Since the loading rack can be moved up and down, by removing the exterior wall material at the necessary locations, indoor equipment, etc. can be directly loaded and unloaded onto the designated floor using the loading frame.
Not only does it greatly improve the work efficiency of transporting, but it also eliminates the problem of large machinery that cannot be transported using conventional elevators and therefore has to be transported partially disassembled. It can be transported without any problems. (3) Furthermore, not only can window glass be cleaned using the loading frame, but also the exterior wall materials that are removably attached can be replaced in a short time, allowing the exterior wall materials of the building to be redecorated. At the same time, it does not cause any problems even if the distance between the building and the adjacent building is narrow.

(4) On the other hand, in addition to guiding the loading platform, the guide rail can also be used as a rail for attaching protective rails for construction work, and can also be used from the temporary construction stage to after construction completion. The effects are huge. Moreover, the use of water-swellable rubber improves watertightness and completely prevents rainwater or the like from entering through the gaps provided between the outer walls to form the guide rail.
