Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently remove soil, sand and dead stem from cane by arranging de.trashier and roll type leaf scraper in series. CONSTITUTION:Cane fed to cane feeder 1 is subjected to flow rate control by modification of thickness of layer and rate modification of cane feeder 1 using a leveler 2. In the cane cut and fed onto a flight conveyor 3, conveying height of the cane is detected by a sensor 4 and when the conveying height is high, cane feeder 1 is stopped and when the conveying height is low, flow rate control having high precision is carried out by decreasing the rate. The cane cut and conveyed by the flight conveyor 3 is fed into a de.trashier 5, where soil, sand and mud injurious to succeeding equipment are dropped and then fed to a roll type leaf scraper drum 6, where leaf scraping is carried out. The leaf-scraped cut cane is dropped onto a belt conveyor 7, where dead stem and head part of tree are removed by man power and sent to a succeeding sugar producing plant line.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] A) Industrial Application Field In recent years, as the mechanization of the harvesting work, which accounts for most of the production and harvesting labor for sugarcane, has progressed, the disadvantages of this have been the sand, mud, The contamination of soil, stones, sugarcane leaves, dead stems, tree tops, etc. (hereinafter referred to as trash), which cannot be used as products, led to severe damage and wear and tear on the various equipment at the sugar factory, and a decline in yield.

C) Problems that the invention aims to solve It is difficult to achieve the purpose with extremely small fins, and large wind-based leaf dispersing devices have high initial equipment costs and require excessive power, and have a small processing capacity. It is not suitable for sugar factories where it is difficult to secure a power source.

2) Means to solve the problem By arranging the currently developed de-trasher and roll-type leaflet drum in series, the shortcomings of both machines can be compensated for.
By making it possible to fully demonstrate its performance, a more efficient defoliation device can be installed.

(1) The sugar cane supplied by one +11 cane feeder by the example Sikoheru rotor etc. is (1) The cane feeder is provided above (1) The gap between the cane feeder and the cane feeder can be adjusted (2)
) The flow rate is controlled by adjusting the layer thickness using the leveler and (1) adjusting the speed of the cane feeder. (1) The conveyance height of the shredded sugarcane fed from the cane feeder onto the flight conveyor (4) is detected by a sensor, and if it is high, (1) the cane feeder is stopped;
When the flow rate is low, the flow rate is controlled with high precision by increasing the speed. (3) The shredded sugarcane transported by the flight conveyor enters the de-trasher (5) to remove soil, sand, and mud that are harmful to subsequent equipment, and then is supplied to the roll-type defoliation drum (6). and defoliation is performed. The cut sugarcane that has finished its leaves is dropped onto a belt conveyor (7), and dead stems and tops that cannot be removed by mechanical sorting are manually removed, and then sent to the subsequent sugar factory line.

g) Effects of the invention By controlling the flow rate in accordance with the capacity of the defrosting trasher and roll-type defoliating drum, the capabilities of both machines can be fully demonstrated, resulting in an efficient defoliating device that does not require a large power source. Since the soil, sand, mud, leaves, dead stems, and tree tops contained in mechanically cut sugar cane can be removed efficiently, it not only does not become a product, but also reduces yield and increases machine wear and tear. Mechanical harvesting of sugarcane can be facilitated without any hindrance.
