置であつて、 前記吸着プレート1が設置面7に固着されたフ
レーム8と、該フレーム8によつて支持された垂
直なZ方向に上昇、降下が行われる昇降機構4と
によつて吊り下げられると共に、前記積載テーブ
ル2が該フレーム8のほぼ中央に配設され、かつ
、横、縦方向に移動を行うX―Y移動機構5と、
該Z方向を中心として回転する回転機構6とによ
つて支持され、所定のマークを目視することで位
置を検出する顕微鏡カメラ9が該積載テーブル2
