Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a lowering of light shielding capacity even when the thickness of an intermediate synthetic resin sheet is reduced to a certain degree by applying calendering processing for smoothing the surface of a fabric to at least the surface to be bonded to a sheet substrate of the fabric and bonding said fabric to the sheet substrate. CONSTITUTION:Calendering processing is applied only to the adhesive surface 1a of cloth 1. In this case, an upper calender roll 4a is composed of a usual metal roll and, as a lower calender roll 4b, a roll composed of a flexible material relatively low in hardness such as a paper roll is used.
