(iii) If the motor cylinder 15 is operated in the claw closing direction in this state, all the pairs of claws 17 will be closed simultaneously via the claw drive shaft l4, and a large number of billets B will be
are grasped at the same time by Here, since the horizontal suspension beam 8 is guided and lowered by the guide mast 9, the pair of claws 17 do not shake, and smooth automatic clamping can be performed, without requiring advanced crane operating skills. In addition, work efficiency can be further improved. (iv) When the gripping is completed, the horizontal hanging beam 8 is hoisted up and conveyed to the tilting table 2. (V) As shown in FIG. 8, above the drum 18,
Lower the horizontal hanging beam 8. Here, the horizontal suspension beam 8 is guided and lowered by the guide mast 9, and the pair of claws 17 are integrally attached to the horizontal suspension beam 8, so that each billet B is prevented from swinging as in the conventional case. Work efficiency can be improved without causing any problems. (vi) After the lower end of billet B reaches the locking position of drum 18, tilting is performed by traveling of traveling carriage 5 and lowering of hoisting device 6. In the present invention, the running of the traveling carriage 5 and the lowering of the hoisting device 6 are alternately performed as shown in FIG. 8, and the carriage is automatically tilted. That is, a pattern is created by dividing the tilting range from 0 to 90'' into several parts as shown in Figure 8, taking into account the radius of rotation when the aluminum billet is tilted, and this pattern is stored in the control device. The lowering height and traveling position are detected by a pulse generator connected to the motor, and when a certain lowering height is reached, the traveling motor is started, and then stopped when it has traveled a set distance, and this is repeated in sequence to automatically Billet B
Tilt it. Incidentally, at this time, the travel of the traveling trolley 5 and the lowering of the hoisting device 6 may be performed at the same time. Here, as shown in FIG. 1, the horizontal hanging beam 8 has a support point on the guide mast side (bin 10) and a support point on the sheave side (
Since it is supported at two points on the bottle 7), the horizontal hanging beam 8 (claw 17) is tilted and supported smoothly and reliably, and the billet B
is carried out smoothly and reliably.

Since the horizontal hanging beam 8 is supported by the sheave 6B and also by the guide mast 9 via the end stopper 9B, guide roller l2, and link 11, the hanging tool l3 is released while being positioned and tilted. ,
The hanging tool 13 can be easily removed from the billet B. Also,
Even if the sheave 6B is lowered too far, the hanging tool 13 is supported by the guide mast 9 via links etc.
This prevents the hanging tool 13 from falling over, colliding with peripheral equipment, and allowing safe work. (vi) When the horizontal hanging beam 8 is hoisted up, the hanging tool 13 returns to its original state and travels to the standby position. In addition, although the above description has been made regarding a hanging device for hanging a large number of items at the same time, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to a hanging device for hanging only one item. Further, the actuator for driving the pair of claws is not limited to a motor cylinder, but may also be a fluid pressure cylinder or the like, and the pair of claws may be manually clamped and unclamped. Further, although the guide roller 12 is attached to the horizontal suspension beam 8 via the link 11, the present invention is not limited to this, and the link 11 may be omitted and the guide roller 12 may be directly attached to the horizontal suspension beam 8 as shown in FIG. .

In addition, although the above description has been made regarding the aluminum beam left of an aluminum foundry, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to other long materials. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides a pair of guide masts on a traveling truck, a lifting device is pivotally attached to an elevating member of a hoisting device, and is rotatably connected to the guide masts via a guide roller. By making the hanging tool descend and move horizontally, the locus of movement of the upper end of the long material is controlled to be approximately an arc, and the long material is tilted, resulting in the following effects. (i) Since the lifting equipment is guided and supported by the guide mast, it does not shake and can perform smooth clamping.
Work efficiency can be improved without requiring advanced crane operating techniques as in the past. (ii) When lowering a long material at the flJ1 transposition, the hanging tool is guided and supported, so the long material does not swing, improving work efficiency. (iii) During tilting, since the hanging tool is rotatably supported at two points, smooth and reliable tilting can be performed. (iv) After tilting, the sling is supported at two points, so
It becomes easier to leave. It also prevents the lifting equipment from falling over, colliding with peripheral equipment, and colliding with other equipment, allowing for safer work. (v) Since tilting is performed by a detector and a control device, in combination with the above-mentioned configuration, smooth and reliable automation of tilting can be achieved. (vi) If an automatic hanging device is used as a hanging device, it is possible to eliminate the work of slinging and removing the slings as required in the past, and when hanging or lowering a large number of pieces at the same time, the long pieces can be hung without moving relative to each other.
It can save labor, save space, and improve transport efficiency. (vi) By automating the hanging, conveyance, and tilting of long materials, production efficiency and conveyance efficiency can be improved.
