It is difficult to obtain a sufficient number of highly twisted yarns, and when a heat setting method is used to prevent twisting of highly twisted yarns, the appearance of "wrinkles" becomes poor, and when chemical sizing agents are used, they are expensive. Furthermore, in order to develop sufficient grain, special equipment such as a rotary washer machine is required, making it impossible to use a continuous production method and resulting in poor workability. It was not possible to obtain a flexible product, only through erosion processing.

Although there are attempts to create grain (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-45742), the shape of the "grain" is determined by the twist of the spun yarn, so there is a limit to the size of the "grain" that can be obtained. Furthermore, it was not possible to use filament yarn, which is a common synthetic fiber.

The purpose is to provide a method that can be used.

Attaching thread soluble in solvent, 400t/m to 1500t/
The fabric is woven or knitted using wall threads that have been twisted back by m for at least part of the fabric, and the resulting fabric is heat set to a predetermined width, and then the soluble threads are dissolved and removed with a solvent.

However, by heat-setting the fabric, the shape of this circular spiral is fixed, and then the soluble threads are dissolved and removed, resulting in very effective weight loss and a supple texture. A crepe is formed.

目的に応じて任意に組合わせられる。 In the present invention, the pitch of the circular spiral is determined by the number of twists of the wall yarn, and the "grain"
The roughness and fineness of the shape can be adjusted. Also, the height of the grain changes depending on the fineness of the fiber used. Furthermore, if the number of first twists and the number of first twists are the same, a non-twisted product will be obtained and will be very flexible, but if the number of first twists is reduced and some twists are left, the product will be stiff. Therefore, the number of first twists and the number of first twists can be arbitrarily combined depending on the purpose.

Water-soluble vinylon 30d was attached to the twisted yarn and Z-twisted yarn, and the yarns were twisted at 1000t/m and 800t/m, respectively, to make 1000t/mS twisted yarn, 800t/mS twisted yarn, and 1000t/mS twisted yarn.
A laid plain fabric was obtained by arranging the mZ twisted yarn and the 800t/mZ twisted yarn in this order.

A ``grain'' is formed by attaching a soluble yarn that is later dissolved and removed, and then using the twisted wall yarn to form a ``grain'' by heat setting and dissolving and removing the soluble yarn, resulting in a very stable and uniform ``grain''. By removing the formed and soluble threads, the wall threads become like non-twisted threads, and the weight reduction effect also extends to the inside of the thread structure, resulting in a crepe with a very good texture.
