Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、水溶性カチオン染料並びに米澱粉及
び／または酸化的処理によつて変性した澱粉、そ
して適当ならば普通の組成物用添加物及び固体の
酸を含んでなる粉末染料調合物に関するものであ
る。
カチオン染料は、着色したカチオン及び無色の
アニオンを有する染料である。適当なカチオン染
料は、殊にジアリールメタン、トリアリールメタ
ン、メチン、アゾ、アントラキノン、ロダミン、
チアジン及びオキサジン系の染料であり、これら
はオニウム基を含み、例えば「カラー・インデツ
クス」、第３版、第１巻、1607〜1688頁及びK.
Venkatoramanによる「The Chemistry of
Synthetic Dyes」（1971）、第巻、159〜206頁
に記載されている。殊に適当な染料は、米国特許
第2734901号、同第2972508号、同第3113825号、
同第3345355号及び同第3347865号、ベルギー国特
許第629823号並びに英国特許第807241号明細書に
記載されている。
適当な無色のアニオンは、有機及び無機酸残
基、例えばハライド、殊にクロライド、ヒドロキ
シレート、スルフエート、ビスルフエート、ニト
レート、ホスフエート、水素カルボネート、カル
ボネート、メトスルフエート、チオシアネート、
トリクロロジンケート、テトラクロロジンケー
ト、アセテート、クロロアセテート、ホルメー
ト、プロピオネート、ベンゾエート又はベンゼン
スルホネートである。
また米澱粉及び／または酸化処理によつて変性
した澱粉と他の澱粉との混合物を用いることもで
きる。
本発明における好ましい組成物は、固体の酸を
含み、この酸の存在により、組成物の水に対する
溶解性が顕著に改善される。
使用し得る固体酸の例は、NaHSO4、
NaH2PO4、クエン酸、シユウ酸及び好ましくは
アミドスルホン酸である。
普通の組成物用添加物の例は防じん剤、例えば
油／乳化剤混合物もしくはフタレート、増量剤、
例えばNaSO4、NaCl、デキストリン、糖類ベン
ゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムもしくは尿素、界面活
性剤、例えば長鎖のアルコール、アミンもしくは
アルキルフエノールのエチレンオキシドの付加生
成物、リグノスルホン酸又はナフタレン、ホルム
アルデヒド及び硫酸の縮合生成物である。適当な
界面活性剤は、例えばＫ、Lindnerによる
「Tenside−Textilhilfsmittel−Waschrohstoffe」
（Surfactants，Textile Auxiliaries and
Detergent Raw Materials）、第１巻（1964）、
571〜917頁並びにN.Schonfeldtによる
「Grenzflachnaktive Ethylenoxid−Addukte」
（Surface−Active Adducts of Ethylene
Oxide）、（1967）、42〜95頁に記載されている。
本組成物は、水溶性カチオン染料10〜95重量
％、好ましくは20〜85重量％、上記の澱粉２〜90
重量％、好ましくは５〜75重量％、固体の酸０〜
30重量％、好ましくは０〜15重量％及び普通の組
成物用添加物０〜85重量％、好ましくは０〜50重
量％を含有する。
本組成物は、好ましくは乾燥成分を混合し、そ
して粉砕することにより、また乾燥して粉砕した
成分を混合することによつて製造される。しかし
ながらまた、酸を加えてない成分の水性混合物を
普通の方法によつて、例えばトレイ−乾燥、ドラ
ム−乾燥、パツドル−乾燥または１個または２個
のノズルによつて噴霧−乾燥し、そして適当なら
ば粉砕後、酸と混合してもよい。
極めて多くの染料は、湿つた雰囲気下で、例え
ば相対湿度75％で固まりの多い、固体またはべた
つくようになる好ましくない性質を有することが
知られており、従つてこれらの染料は取り扱いが
困難である。従来、染料組成物の使用適性、殊に
水に対する溶解性をそこなうことなく、この欠点
を取り除くことは不可能であつた。本発明による
粉末染料組成物は、水に容易に溶解し、しかも例
えば染色工場において通常であるような湿潤な雰
囲気中でも固まらず、従つてこのような条件下で
も、輸送用容器から容易に取り出し得る利点を有
する。
実施例 １ 式 の青色染料50gを米澱粉34.5g、アミドスルホン酸
15.0g及び油−乳化剤混合物0.5gと共に粉砕混合
した。
粉末染料混合物が得られ、これは湿つた雰囲気
下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もしなかつ
た。60％酢酸140ml中の染料混合物140gから製造
したペーストは水１に90℃で10分間にわたつて
容易に溶解した。
この染料混合物の75％相対湿度での安定性を塩
化ナトリウムの飽和水溶液上で密封容器（乾燥
器）中で査証することができた。上記染料混合物
20gを上記条件下で８日間貯蔵した場合、これは
硬化もせずまたはべたつくようにならなかつた。
米澱粉の代りに硫酸ナトリウム、塩化ナトリウ
ム、デキストリンまたは砂糖を含む組成物を同一
条件下で貯蔵した場合、粉末染料混合物は固体の
堅い塊になり、これは再粉砕することが不可能で
あつた。
実施例 ２ 実施例１の青色染料82.4gを米澱粉56.8g及び油
−乳化剤混合物0.8gと共に粉砕混合した。
粉末染料混合物が得られ、これは湿つた雰囲気
下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もしなかつ
た。
実施例 ３ 実施例１の青色染料50gを米澱粉15.5g、トカモ
ロコシ澱粉15.0g、デキストリン9.0g、アミドス
ルホン酸10.0g及び油−乳化剤混合物0.5gと共に
粉砕混合した。
粉末染料混合物が得られ、これは湿つた雰囲気
下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もしなかつ
た。60％酢酸140ml中の染料混合物140gから製造
したペーストは水１に90℃で10分間にわたつて
容易に溶解した。
実施例 ４ の青色染料26gを米澱粉72g及び油−乳化剤混合
物2gと共に粉砕し且つ混合した。
研粉砕染料混合物が得られ、このものは湿つた
雰囲気下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もし
なかつた。
実施例 ５ 式 の赤色染料84gを米澱粉10g、ポリビニルアルコ
ール5g及び油−乳化剤混合物1gと共に粉砕混合
した。
粉末染料混合物が得られ、これは湿つた雰囲気
下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もしなかつ
た。
実施例 ６ 実施例１の青色染料50.0g、米澱粉5.0g、アミ
ドスルホン酸5.0g、油−乳化剤混合物0.5g及び
Messre.Maizena.Hamburg、製スノーフレーク
（SNOWFLAKE ）06598タイプのかるく沸
騰したロウ状トウモロコシ澱粉39.5gを粉砕混合
した。
粉砕染料混合物が得られ、これは湿つた雰囲気
下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もせず、実
施例１に示した特性を有していた。
実施例 ７ 実施例１の青色染料50.0g、油−乳化剤混合物
0.5g及びMessrs.Avebe Veendam.Netherlands，
製パーフエクタミル （PERFECTAMYL ）
3108−６％タイプの酸化されたポテト澱粉49.5g
を粉砕し且つ混合した。
粉末染料混合物が得られ、これは湿つた雰囲気
下でべたつくようにならず、また硬化もせず、実
施例１に示した特性を有していた。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 水溶性カチオン染料並びに米澱粉及び／また
    は酸化処理によつて変性した澱粉を含んでなる粉
    末染料調合物。 ２ 固体の酸を含んでなる特許請求の範囲第１項
    記載の固体染料調合物。 ３ ジアリールメタン、トリアリールメタン、メ
    チン、アゾ、アントラキノン、ロダミン、チアジ
    ンまたはオキサジン系のカチオン染料を含んでな
    る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の固体染料調合物。 ４ 水溶性カチオン染料10〜95重量％、澱粉２〜
    90重量％、固体の酸０〜30重量％及び普通の調合
    物用添加物０〜50重量％を含んでなる特許請求の
    範囲第１項記載の固体染料調合物。
