【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、バン型車両、コンテナ等の運搬容器
に装着し、開放時に運搬容器の天井部に収納さ
れ、巾広のパネルを上下に蝶着結合してなるシヤ
ツタードアーに関するものである。更に詳しくい
えば、シヤツタードアーを構成する複数個の巾広
パネルを上下に円滑に開閉させるため、各パネル
の両側端縁に取付ける案内ローラの新規な固着手
段を有するシヤツタードアーに関するものであ
る。

可能に結合されて、シヤツタードアーを構成して
いる(第4図)。そして前記回動可能な結合部の
両側端で小径の円筒部2内に案内ローラ4……の
ローラ軸5が挿入固着されている。又前記案内ロ
ーラ4……は、運搬容器の開口、両側の隅柱6
(第1図)に沿つて垂直にのびた垂直レール部7
aと、さらに天井部近くのわん曲レール部7bと
天井下部で所定長さまで延長した水平レール部7
cとで構成される案内レール7内を案内されて開
閉されるようになつている。

め、たとえ1個の案内ローラ4を交換する場合で
も、その作業に時間がかかるという欠点があつ
た。

いて、前記案内ローラは前記パネルの裏面に一体
に設けた断面T型をした突条の端部に固定した軸
受部材に支持されており、該軸受部材はローラ軸
を挿入するかまぼこ型開孔を有し、さらにかまぼ
こ型開孔の底部にスリツト状開口を有し、このス
リツト状開口を前記突条の側方の溝部に挿入した
のち、固定ねじをねじ込んで固定するようにし、
さらに前記案内レールの垂直部に着脱可能な分割
部を設けたことを特徴とするものである。

14はローラ軸5の端より離れた位置に螺入し止
ねじ14の下端を突条9の頂面に抜き当てて軸受
部材11を固定している。従つてローラ軸5はか
まぼこ型の開孔11a内で止ねじ14に邪魔され
ることなく軸方向に移動可能である。

上記高さHの位置が最適である。

以上本考案によれば、シヤツタードアーの案内
ローラ4の交換時、その都度案内レール7の天井
部の延長端部8からパネル1を引きぬく必要がな
くなり、パネルが案内レールに装着されたまゝの
状態で、案内ローラ4を交換出来るようになつ
た。このため案内ローラの交換時の作業がきわめ
て簡単となり大幅な作業工数の低減が出来るよう
になつた。

動させて開閉するようにした運搬容器のシヤツタ
ードアーにおいて、前記案内ローラ4は前記パネ
ル1の裏面に一体に設けた断面T型をした突条9
の端部に止ねじ14で固定した軸受部材11に支
持されており、該軸受部材11はローラ軸5を挿
入するかまぼこ型開孔11aを有し、さらにかま
ぼこ型開孔11aの底部にスリツト状開口12を
有し、該スリツト状開口を前記突条9の側方の溝
部10に挿入したのち、止ねじ14をねじ込んで
固定するようにし、さらに前記案内レール7の垂
直部7aに着脱可能な分割部15を設けたことを
特徴とする運搬容器のシヤツタードアー。
