【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door type door device, and more particularly, to a structure that covers an opening and closing of an inter-column portion where an upper guide device (hanging support moving device) of the sliding door type door is arranged.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in JP-A-9-273360, JP-A-9-177426, and JP-A-10-46923, it can be freely opened and closed to close an entrance / exit provided in a partition wall or the like for partitioning a building. A suspension rail that movably guides the sliding door door over the upper portion of the sliding door door and the upper portion of the door pocket that covers both the front and back surfaces of the sliding door when the sliding door is in a wide open state. An upper guide device (a suspension support moving device) such as a suspension rail is provided.
[0003]
And in these prior arts, the panel between the front and back surfaces (the section between the columns) is arranged with the upper guide device (hanging support moving device) in between, and at least one of the panel between the panels is used for maintenance. It is configured to be openable and closable.
[0004]
As its structure, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-273360, the lower surface of an upper frame having a rectangular cross section provided on the ceiling surface for supporting the upper end of the partition wall is narrower than the width dimension of the upper frame. A downward U-shaped hanging part is provided, and a vertical base piece of a support member as a receiving part is fixed to the outer surface of the front and rear side parts (corresponding to the front and back of the partition wall) in the hanging part. The supporting member includes an outwardly extending piece extending horizontally outward from the upper end of the vertical base piece, an upwardly extending piece extending upward from the free end of the outwardly facing piece, and the side piece from the upper end of the upwardly facing piece. And an inward piece whose inner end is spaced from the lower surface of the upper frame and the side piece.
[0005]
On the other hand, the transom panel is composed of an upper piece that extends inward and horizontally from the upper end of a large vertical substrate, and a hanging piece that hangs down from the free end of the upper piece. Then, the drooping piece in the transom panel is inserted into the inward piece in the receiving portion from above, and the back surface (inner surface) of the substrate is in contact with the outer surface of the upward piece in the receiving portion. Droop. The lower end edge of the panel is in contact with the upper end surface of the wall panel of the door pocket.
[0006]
On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-46923, the sliding door frame is constituted by a closing side vertical frame and an opening side vertical frame of the sliding door and an upper horizontal frame and a lower horizontal frame that horizontally connect the upper ends and the lower ends of both. To do. A slit that allows the sliding door to enter and exit is formed in the opening side vertical frame, and the back side is used as a door pocket, which is covered with a board that is flush with the wall of the building. Between the upper horizontal frame of the sliding door frame and the upper end of the sliding door type door, a rail that spans the closed side vertical frame and the rear end of the door pocket and suspends the sliding door and makes it movable. On the other hand, in order to hide this rail, the first auxiliary member and the second auxiliary member are fixed to the front and back of the upper horizontal frame by screws or welding. The second holding member hangs downward, forms a U-shaped second protruding portion laterally outward at the lower end thereof, and supports the lower end edge of the board on the upper surface of the second protruding portion. A first protrusion that protrudes outward in a U-shape downward is formed at the upper end of the first auxiliary member, and an upward hook-shaped receiver that is located on the inner side of the first protrusion below the first protrusion. The upper end of a removable cover plate (inspection panel) for maintenance is detachably fitted to the receiving portion at the outer lower end, and the vertical outer surface of the receiving portion is made impossible. The bottom of the lid (inspection panel) in contact with Ru A configuration is disclosed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in any of the above prior arts, only the upper end side of the maintenance panel, the lid plate (inspection panel) is detachably supported by the upward substantially U-shaped receiving portion. There is a problem that the lower end side of the lid plate (inspection panel) is not locked to other members and is unstable. Further, in the device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-273360, on the front and back surfaces of the upper frame fixed to the ceiling surface, the lower surface of the upper frame, the member of the receiving portion, and thus the upper end of the suspended interspace panel A horizontal line-shaped gap is formed between the two. Since this gap looks like a two-rail shape in a horizontal straight line from the frame portion of the sliding door type door to the upper end of the space panel among the partition wall panels, there is a problem that the beauty as a partition device including the sliding door is impaired. .
[0008]
The present invention has been made in order to solve these conventional problems, and makes it easy to attach and detach the inspection panel that facilitates the maintenance of the hanging part of the sliding door door. However, an object of the present invention is to provide a partition device including a sliding door that is firmly attached to the inspection panel and can improve the appearance.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the sliding door type door device according to the first aspect of the present invention is provided on a partition wall constituted by wall panels so as to cover the front and back of a column erected between a floor surface and a ceiling surface. A sliding door type door that closes the doorway, a support frame body that extends in the opening direction at the space between the ceiling surface and the doorway, and a rail device attached to the support frame body, The sliding door type has a door pocket portion formed by a pair of front and back wall panels on the open side of the sliding door type door, and a removable inspection panel is arranged on either the front surface or the back surface of the space section. In the door device, a locking piece protruding downward is provided at each lower end of the inspection panel and the interpane panel that are arranged to face each other across the interspace, and the inspection panel and the interpane panel The scent The upper end of the wall panel in the door pocket is formed by inserting the upper ends of the inspection panel and balustrade panel into the inner surface of the headboard rail, and the downwardly protruding locking pieces provided at the lower edges of the inspection panel and balustrade panel. It is configured to be inserted and locked downward.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 is the sliding door type door device according to claim 1, wherein the interpanel is fixed to the support frame, while the back surface of the inspection panel is used as the support frame in the interspace. It was supported so that it could not fall down.
[0011]
[0012]
Claims 3 The invention described in Claim 1 or 2 In the sliding door type door device described in the above, the surfaces of the inspection panel and the transom panel and the surface of the wall panel are arranged flush with each other.
[0013]

[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, a partition wall 1 is a wall panel between a baseboard rail (ground rail) 2 fixed to the floor of the room and a headboard rail (top rail) 3 fixed to the ceiling surface. Are partitioned by a partition panel 4 and a panel panel 5. At the entrance / exit provided in the partition wall 1, a sliding door 6 that opens right is disposed. At the left end of the doorway, a door-holding vertical frame 7 capable of abutting the closing side end (door-stop side) of the right-opening sliding door 6 is arranged in the form described later. Door pocket panels 9 and 9, which are a pair of front and back wall panels constituting the door pocket portion 8 that can accommodate most of the sliding door 6 in the state, are erected. A rail device 10 such as a suspension type rail that supports the sliding door 6 so as to be laterally movable by supporting the sliding door 6 is disposed in the space between the doorway portion 8 and the upper balustrade portion 8.
[0015]
The partition panel 4, the panel panel 5, and the door pocket panel 9 have a gypsum board 12 stretched on the back side of the front plate 11 made of a thin metal plate or the like. As shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5, locking edge pieces 13 having a U-shaped cross section are formed outwardly curved at the left and right vertical edge portions of the surface plate 11 in the vertically long partition panel 4. And the part near the lower part of each latching edge piece 13 has a notch 15 formed vertically by a dimension H1 (see FIG. 2). A locking groove 16 into which the upward side piece 2a of the baseboard rail 2 is fitted is formed at the lower ends of the left and right vertical edges of the surface plate 11 in the partition panel 4 so as to open downward. The upward side piece 2a fitted to the bottom can be slidably brought into contact with the inner surface of a downward reinforcing member (not shown).
[0016]
Locking with a U-shaped cross section formed in the same manner as the partition panel 4 at one vertical edge of the surface plate 11 in the door pocket panel 9 adjacent to the side portion (locking edge piece 13) of the partition panel 4 The edge piece 13 is curved outward, and a portion near the lower portion of the locking edge piece 13 is formed with a notch 15 in the vertical direction by a dimension H1 (see FIG. 2). In addition, reinforcing members 14a and 14b having a U-shaped cross section are fixed to the upper and lower portions of the back surface of the door pocket panel 9 with the opening side facing upward and downward, respectively (see FIGS. 6 and 8). A locking groove 16 into which the upward side piece 2a of the baseboard rail 2 is fitted is formed at the lower end of the left and right vertical edge portions of the surface plate 11 in the door pocket panel 9 so as to be open downward and fit into the locking groove 16. Further, the upward side piece 2a can be in sliding contact with the inner surface of the downward reinforcing member 14b (see FIG. 8). In addition, a cylindrical frame-shaped vertical reinforcing member 17 is disposed on the door pocket entrance side of the door pocket panel 9 so as to be surrounded by the back surface of the surface plate 11 (see FIG. 9). Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper end of the surface plate 11 in the door pocket panel 9 is bent inward in the horizontal direction to form a horizontally long locking groove 18 that fits in the reinforcing member 14a having an upward U-shaped cross section. As will be described later, it is configured so that the interspace panel 20 at the upper part of the doorway and the locking piece 22 at the lower end of the inspection panel 21 can be inserted and locked (see FIG. 6).
[0017]
The shape and configuration of the inter-panel 20 and the inspection panel 21 are the same as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b). That is, the reinforcing member 24 is fixed by spot welding or the like near a lower portion of the back surface of the front plate 23 such as a thin metal plate. A part of the reinforcing member 24 is formed with a bulging portion 24 a that is separated from the surface plate 23. The upper and lower ends of the surface plate 23 are formed as edge pieces 23a and 23b bent inwardly horizontally, and a part of the reinforcing member 24 extends downward and protrudes downward from the lower edge piece 23b. A stop piece 22 is configured (see FIGS. 6 and 10A). Note that a gypsum board 25 is attached (stretched) to the upper portion of the surface plate 23 of the bamque panel 20 and the inspection panel 21. A locking edge piece 13 having a U-shaped cross section is outwardly curved and formed on one of the left and right sides of the surface plate 23 in the transom panel 20 and the inspection panel 21 in the same manner as in the partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9. The other side is bent inward at a right angle (see FIG. 10B).
[0018]
Next, a configuration in which the partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 are erected will be described with reference to FIG. A column 30 made of metal or the like having a substantially U-shaped cross section for fixing the vertical ends of the partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 is provided between the baseboard rail 2 and the headboard rail 3 at a predetermined interval. In order to install, a rectangular cross section in which a bolt-shaped adjuster 32 is screwed to the lower end in a baseboard rail 2 having an upward U-shaped cross section fixed to the floor surface by an embedded bolt (anchor bolt) 33 or the like. The adjuster receiving rod 31 is inserted and arranged. A dowel 34 is formed to project in the middle of the upper and lower sides of the outer circumferential surface of the adjuster receiving rod 31. When the adjuster receiving rod 32 is inserted from the lower end of the support column 30, the dowel 34 is prevented from falling off. Can be supported. A mounting bracket 35 having a pair of upward claws 35a, 35a is fixed to the front and back outer surfaces of the adjuster receiving rod 30 (the side facing the upward side pieces 2a, 2a of the baseboard rail 2) with screws 36. Has been.
[0019]
In addition, although the structure which attaches the upper end of the said support | pillar 30 to the coping rail 3 is not illustrated, the structure etc. which are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-44828 are utilized. That is, the pressing body with the upward biasing means fitted and fixed to the upper end portion of the support column 30 is inserted into the groove of the coping rail 3 having a U-shaped section facing downward. Other known configurations may be employed.
[0020]
With the above configuration, the engaging grooves 16 at the lower ends of the partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 are inserted into the upward side piece 2a of the baseboard rail 2 from above, and at the same time, the lower part of the locking edge piece 13 at the vertical side edge. When the notch portion 15 of the close-up portion is brought close to the mounting bracket 35 and the lower end edge of the locking edge piece 13 on the upper side of the notch portion 15 is locked to the upward claw portion 35a of the mounting bracket 35, each partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 are supported by the support column 30 so as not to be displaced downward. In this state, a mounting bracket 37 (see FIGS. 5 and 6) having a short U-shaped section in the vertical direction is fitted so as to sandwich the adjacent locking edge pieces 13 and 13 on the outer surface of the support column 30. And it fixes to the support | pillar 30 via the tapping screw 38. The mounting brackets 37 are attached to a plurality of locations at appropriate intervals along the adjacent side panel 4 and the vertical side edge of the door pocket panel 9. After that, a long joint material 39 having a U-shaped cross section is inserted so as to close the gaps between the adjacent partition panels 4 and the vertical side edge of the door pocket panel 9 and to prevent the mounting bracket 37 from being seen from the outside.
[0021]
One vertical side edge of the surface plate in the partition panel 40 on the door contact side of the sliding door type door 6 is formed on the locking edge piece 13 similar to the other partition panel 4, and the locking edge of the adjacent partition panel 4 is formed. The piece 13 is fixed with the mounting bracket 37, and the gap is covered with the joint material 39. The other vertical side edge of the surface plate in the partition panel 40 is formed as an upper and lower longitudinal engagement edge bent in a U-shaped cross section, and is fixed to the door contact side of the door support column 30a (see FIG. 4). By fitting the protrusions on the front and back portions of the vertical frame 7 per door, both front and back surfaces of the vertical frame 7 are covered with the partition panel 40, and the frame constituting the doorway is externally provided. The appearance of the doorway / sliding door type door device can be clearly improved.
[0022]
Next, the structure of the upper part of the doorway will be described. Both ends of the support frame body 41 that is horizontally long in the frontage direction with respect to the pair of support columns 30 and 30 sandwiching the doorway and doorway portion 8 where the rail device 10 is arranged. It connects and fixes with the bolts 42 and 42 (refer FIG.3 and FIG.7). A suspension rail 43 according to an embodiment of the rail device 10 is attached to one side of the support frame 41. The suspension-type rail 43 includes a conventionally known fixed rail 44, an intermediate rail 45 that can reciprocate horizontally with respect to the fixed rail 44, a moving rail 46 that can reciprocate horizontally with respect to the intermediate rail 45, and a rail for each rail. A ball with a retainer arranged along the guide groove. Two hanger brackets 47 are fixed to the moving rail 46 with an appropriate separation in the moving direction, and a hanging rod 48 protruding upward from the upper end of the sliding door 6 is fixedly connected to the lower end of each hanger bracket 47 (see FIG. 7). The sliding door 6 is automatically moved in the closing direction by setting the fixed rail 44 at a high position on the door pocket 8 side and a low position on the closing side (door stop side). It is comprised so that it may become. Further, a shock absorber (not shown) is provided on the support frame 41 on the door stop side so as to reduce the speed when the sliding door type door 6 approaches the door stop side so as not to make an impact sound.
[0023]
Then, either one of the front and back surfaces (in the embodiment, the back surface) of the interspace portion where the rail device 10 is disposed is covered by the interspace panel 20, and this interspace panel 20 is usually fixed so that it cannot be removed, while the other single surface (In the embodiment, the surface) is covered with an inspection panel 2 and is configured to be removable during maintenance of the rail device 10.
[0024]
The configuration (first embodiment) will be described in detail. The above-described upper end edge piece 23a portion of the interspace panel 20 is inserted upward into the groove of the headboard rail 3 having a U-shaped cross section downward, and The locking piece 22 at the lower end is fitted into the locking groove 18 formed at the upper end of the door pocket panel 9. And the bulging part 24a in the reinforcement member 24 of the back surface of the said panel 20 is contact | abutted to the said support frame 41, and it fixes with the bis | screw 50 from the open side space of a field part. Similarly, the other inspection panel 21 is inserted with the upper edge 23 a of the upper edge piece 23 a upward in the groove of the U-shaped rail 3 and the locking piece 22 at the lower end of the inspection panel 21 is inserted into the door panel. 9 is fitted into a locking groove 18 formed at the upper end of the plate. The bulging portion 24a of the reinforcing member 24 on the back surface of the inspection panel 21 is formed on a receiving bracket 51 (see FIGS. 7 and 11) that is fixed to the upper end of the support frame 41 by screws 52 or the like. Since it hold | maintains in the state contact | abutted to the highly rigid surface board 51a, it can prevent falling to the space between spaces. Anyway, since the wide area part of the surface plate 23 of the space panel 20 and the inspection panel 21 is received and supported by the support frame body 41 and the receiving bracket 51, the surface plate 23 does not bend.
[0025]
When the height dimension from the floor surface to the ceiling surface is not fixed, by placing the upper ends of the transom panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 in the groove of the headboard rail 3, the transom panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 It is possible to save the trouble of cutting the upper end side of the plate to lower the height dimension. Further, when observing the partition wall and the sliding door type door device of the present invention from the front direction, only two horizontal lines (lines) of the height of the head rail 2 are visible near the ceiling. The design of the sliding door type door device becomes simple and simple. Compared to this, conventionally, there are horizontally long gaps (therefore, a total of three horizontal lines (lines) from the ceiling surface) between the upper ends of the transom panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 and the lower end edge of the headboard rail 2. It looks and the design is not simple.
[0026]
It should be noted that the engagement edge piece 13 having a U-shaped cross section formed on one longitudinal edge of the surface plate 23 of the interspace panel 20 and the inspection panel 21 and the engagement edge piece 13 of the adjacent interposition panel 5 are attached to the mounting bracket. If it is fixed at 37, the mounting strength of this part is further improved. Needless to say, the joint member 39 closes the gap between the two panels 20 (21) and 5. In this way, when the maintenance work of the rail device 10 is executed, it is only necessary to remove the one inspection panel 21, and the maintenance work becomes easy.
[0027]
FIG. 12 is a view for attaching the upper ends of the transom panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 to the place of the headboard rail 3. Reference example Indicates. this Reference example Then, the upward U-shaped receiving member 55 is suspended from the ceiling surface via a suspension bolt 56 whose height can be adjusted at appropriate intervals along the longitudinal direction (frontage direction) of the headboard rail 3. In this case, the distance L2 between the pair of upward support pieces 55a, 55a of the receiving member 55 is set to be larger than the width dimension L1 of the headboard rail 3, and accordingly, the pair of upward support pieces 55a outside the downward groove of the headboard rail 3. , 55a are disposed with appropriate gaps. Then, the upper ends (free ends) of both the upward support pieces 55a, 55a are extended inward and downward, and downward from the free ends of the inner horizontal pieces at the upper ends of the space panels 5, 20 and the inspection panel 21. The extending locking piece is supported so as not to rattle. The point which the downward locking piece 22 of the lower end of the space | interval panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 inserts and latches in the locking groove 18 of the upper end of the door pocket panel 9 and the partition panel 4 is the same as 1st Embodiment. this Reference example However, since the height position of the receiving member 55 can be changed by adjusting the mounting height with the lower end portion of the suspension bolt 56, it is possible to cope with the case where the height dimension from the floor surface to the ceiling surface is not fixed. .
[0028]
Similarly to the first embodiment, when viewed from the frontage direction, only two horizontal lines (lines) of the ceiling surface and the upper edge of the interspace panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 can be seen, and the design becomes simple.
[0029]
In addition, In the embodiment and the reference example, There is a limit to the thickness of the sliding door 6 from the viewpoint of the thickness dimension of the lock attached to the sliding door 6. On the other hand, in this invention, it is the structure which inserts the locking groove 16 of the lower end of the partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 with respect to the upward piece 2a of the baseboard rail 2, and also these partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 The locking pieces 22 of the interspace panels 5 and 20 and the inspection panel 21 are inserted into and locked with the locking grooves 18 at the upper end of the panel. The locking grooves 16 and 18 and the locking pieces 22 are both panel 4, Since it is provided within the thicknesses of 9, 5, 20, and 21, the thickness dimension of the support column 30 is made as small as possible, and the thickness dimension of the sliding door type door device, and thus the entire partition wall, is made as much as possible. The surface of the partition panel 4 and the door pocket panel 9 can be formed to be flush with the surface of the partition panel 4, the door pocket panel 9, and the inspection panel 21. In particular, the thickness direction of the partition wall at the edge of the doorway or the opening end of the door pocket Can eliminate the unevenness of
[0030]
In the embodiment, the thickness dimensions of the panels 4, 9, 5, 20, and 21 are each 13 mm, the thickness dimension of the sliding door door is 34 mm, and the thickness dimension of the sliding door device, and thus the entire partition wall, is 60 mm. I was able to suppress it.
[0031]
Further, according to the present invention, the suspension type rail device 10 at the upper part of the sliding door type door 6 suspends and supports the sliding door type door 6 on a downward opening-shaped rail as shown in FIG. It may be a type.
[0032]
13 and 14 show the configuration of the lower part of the door pocket 8. A notch portion 60 opened upward is formed at a location near the entrance side of the door pocket portion 8 between the upper and lower pieces 2a, 2a of the baseboard rail 2 provided at the lower portion of the door pocket portion 8. An adjustment support body 61 for supporting the lower end of the door pocket panel 9 so that the height thereof can be adjusted is U-shaped in cross-section, and includes upper and lower horizontal support pieces 61a and 61a at the upper end thereof. The bottom plate portion 61b is provided with a female screw portion (nut or the like) 63 to which the adjuster bolt 62 can be screwed from below.
[0033]
The adjusting support 61 is inserted into the baseboard rail 2 with the pair of support pieces 61a and 61a facing upward, and the support pieces 61a and 61a are fitted into the notch 60. The adjuster bolt 62 is brought into contact with the bottom plate of the baseboard rail 2 and the adjuster bolt 62 is adjusted to finely adjust the height positions of the pair of support pieces 61a and 61a of the adjustment support 61. With the upward pieces 2a, 2a of the baseboard rails 2 inserted into the locking grooves 16 at the lower ends of the door pocket panels 9, the lower end surfaces of the door pocket panels 9 are placed on the pair of support pieces 61a, 61a. Thus, the height position can be easily adjusted while supporting the load of the door pocket panel 9 at a position away from the support column 30 (near the entrance of the door pocket portion 8).
[0034]
In order to secure a space between the back surfaces of the front and back door pocket panels 9 and 9 in the door pocket portion 8 (a space in which the sliding door 6 can move), the lower ends of the pair of door pocket panels 9 and 9 are supported. In addition, the door pocket portion rail 64 may be divided and fixed on the floor surface of the lower portion of the door pocket portion 8 with the baseboard rail 2 on the partition wall side. In this case, the width of the door pocket portion rail 64 is formed to be slightly wider than the width of the baseboard rail 2.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the sliding door type door device according to the first aspect of the present invention is provided on the partition wall configured by the wall panel so as to cover the front and back of the support column erected between the floor surface and the ceiling surface. A sliding door type door that closes the doorway provided, a support frame body that extends in the opening direction at a space between the ceiling surface and the doorway, and a rail device attached to the support frame body, the doorway The sliding door has a door pocket formed by a pair of front and back wall panels on the opening side of the sliding door type door, and a removable inspection panel is arranged on either the front surface or the back surface of the space section. In the door-type door device, a locking piece protruding downward is provided at each lower end of the inspection panel and the inter-panel, which are arranged to face each other with the inter-space part interposed therebetween, and the inspection panel and the inter-panel are sandwiched between the inter-section parts. In the opposite arrangement Insert the upper ends of the inspection panel and the rail panel into the inner surface of the headboard rail, and attach the locking piece protruding downward at the lower edge of the inspection panel and the rail panel to the upper end of the wall panel in the door pocket. It is configured to be inserted and locked downward.
