Claims (1)
- 被検査体上の直線領域を照射する反射照明と、
この照射による前記被検査体の反射光像を撮像す
る第１の撮像手段と、この第１の撮像手段からの
撮像信号を検出処理する第１の検出回路と、前記
照射による前記被検査体の透過光像を撮像する第
２の撮像手段と、この第２の撮像手段からの撮像
信号を検出処理する第２の検出回路と、前記各撮
像信号から検出される撮像情報を照合して前記被
検査体の欠陥を検出する制御部とを具えたことを
特徴とする欠陥検査装置。
