インセンサカメラ側から見た状態を示す図、Ｂは
、Ａに示す状態で円筒体を撮影した時の反射光画
像を示す図、第６図は第５図Ｂに示す反射光画像
を２値化して得られた２値化像を示す図、そして
第７図は従来の検査装置における検査域設定処理
を示す図で、Ａはマスク画像と２値化像の関係を

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円筒体をその軸回りに一定速度で回転させる回
    転手段と、前記円筒体に検査光を照射する光源と
    、前記円筒体と対向して配設され、前記検査光の
    反射光を受光して反射光画像を出力する撮像手段
    と、前記反射光画像内の反射光強度に基づいて、
    前記円筒体外周面の状態を評価する画像処理手段
    とを備えてなる円筒体の検査装置であつて、 前記画像処理手段に、前記反射光画像を所定の
    閾値に基づいて２値化像に変換する２値化部と、
    この２値化部で得られた２値化像の円筒体軸方向
    における反射光強度分布に基づいて、前記反射光
    画像内の前記円筒体の画像範囲を決定する検査域
    決定部とが設けられていることを特徴とする円筒
    体の検査装置。
