る。 図に於いて、１は標準体又は被検査物体、２は
光源、３はテレビカメラ、４は画像信号処理装置
、５は較正体、４１はＡ―Ｄ変換器、４２は特徴
抽出回路、４３はコンピユータ、４４は較正信号
形成回路、４５は補正回路、Ｓはカメラのスクリ
ーン、１′は被検査物体の画像、５′は較正体の
画像を夫々示す。

Claims (1)
- 撮像体と、それよりの画像信号を処理するＡ―
Ｄ変換器、特徴抽出回路及びコンピユータ等を有
する画像信号処理装置とを有し、物体の検査を行
う検査装置に於いて、上記撮像体の標準体及び被
検査物体に対する視野内にその撮映を妨害しない
位置且つ検査を通じて不変の位置に検査の条件の
基準となる較正体を配置して、該較正体及び上記
標準体又は被検査物体を同時に上記撮像体により
撮像し、該撮像体よりの画像信号を較正信号形成
回路に供給し、これにより上記画像信号のうち上
記較正体に対応する信号を検出し、該検出信号及
び上記画像信号を補正回路に供給し、ここで上記
撮像体よりの画像信号を上記検出信号で補正する
ようになしたことを特徴とする検査装置。
