検査物体に対する視野内にその撮映を妨害しない
位置且つ検査を通じて不変の位置に検査の条件の
基準となる較正体を配置して、該較正体及び上記
標準体又は被検査物体を同時に上記撮像体により
撮像し、該撮像体よりの画像信号を較正信号形成
回路に供給し、これにより上記画像信号のうち上
記較正体に対応する信号を検出し、該検出信号及
び上記画像信号を補正回路に供給し、ここで上記
撮像体よりの画像信号を上記検出信号で補正する
