Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain appearance which is inconspicuous in the boundary part of color and has repose sense by pressurizing and molding many lumber slices together with an adhesive and partially imparting a blurred pattern on the surface of the molded plate material. CONSTITUTION:Flitch 4 is formed by drying lumber slices 1 obtained by slicing lumber and then drying them and thereafter applying an adhesive to the lumber slices, clamping and molding them. A plate material 2 is obtained by slicing this flitch 4 with a slicing blade 5. A building plate A is formed by coloring the surface of this plate material 2 and imparting a blurred pattern 3. For example, drying treatment is performed by immersing an inner basket 8 housing the lumber slices 1 in dyeing liquid 7 contained in a dyeing tank 6. Application of an adhesive to the lumber slices is performed by spray or kneading. As the kind of adhesive, for example, urethane adhesive and urethane emulsion adhesive, etc., are cited.

[Prior Art] In recent years, with the diversification of building materials, there has been a demand for materials with a novel appearance. In particular, there is a need for building boards that retain the warmth and gentleness of wood and have an appearance that can be adapted to modern living spaces. As a building board that satisfies these requirements, the present applicant has previously filed Japanese Patent Application No. 62-2 [1]
The application disclosed in No. 756 was filed. This building board was formed by applying adhesive to a thin piece of wood, pressing it into blocks to form 79 blocks, and slicing these 7 blocks. This product met the above requirements to some extent, but the color change was poor. The present applicant had previously filed a patent application in 1983 for a product with color change.
The application disclosed in No. 326311 was filed. Such items are made by dyeing thin pieces of wood in a desired color, applying adhesive and pressing into blocks to form 79 pieces, and then gluing multiple pieces of 79 pieces of different colors together to create a composite 7 piece piece. A building board is formed by slicing this composite 7-rich material. The building board A' obtained by this method was dotted with dark colored areas A and light colored areas, as shown in FIGS. 5(a) and 5(b).

[Example 1 As for the plate material 2, the present applicant first applied for patent application No. 62-2] 175
The one filed as No. 6 can be used. As shown in FIG. 1, a thin piece of wood 1 obtained by slicing wood is dyed, then dried, an adhesive is applied to the thin piece of wood 1, and then the thin piece of wood 1 is pressed and formed using a press device 3. Seven rich pieces 4 are formed, and the plate material 2 is obtained by slicing the seven rich pieces 4 with a slicing blade 5. The wood flakes 1 have a thickness of 0.05'-0.80 mm (preferably 0.10-0.50 mm), an area of 6-400 mm, an aspect ratio of 0.4-7.0 (preferably is 0.8 to 3°0).These wood thin pieces 1 may be rounded, and as long as the above shape is 60% or more, dimensions other than the above may be included. For example, the first dyeing process
As shown in the figure, the dyeing process is carried out by immersing the inner piece n8 containing the wood thin piece 1 in the dyeing liquid 7 in the dyeing tank 6. The adhesive is applied to the wood slices by spraying or kneading. The type of adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it has a hardness that allows slicing after bonding, but the following adhesives are considered suitable. For example, urethane adhesive, urethane emulsion adhesive, soft polyester resin, acetic acid There are vinyl adhesives, etc. Pressure forming of the thin wood piece 1 coated with adhesive is performed in a press device 3, and as shown in FIG. The pressure applied by the pressing device 3 is sufficient to crush the wood flakes 1 along the press surface, and

A building board A is formed by coloring the surface of this board material 2 and providing a shading horizontal pattern 3. In other words, dyes are used as colorants, and dark and light dyes are applied as appropriate.
The dye was fixed by steaming. By doing this, as shown in FIG. 2, a blurred area with an unclear boundary between the dark-colored area A and the light-colored area A was obtained. Methods for applying this dye include methods such as brushing, a sponge roll coater, a Gradigi 1-inch roll coater, and a spray coater. The building board A with the bulge horizontal pattern 3 is pasted on a substrate such as plywood, the surface is coated with paint such as 177-paint, and the board is used for flooring, etc.

As shown in FIG. 3, 11 of these 7 riches 4 of different colors are arranged to form a composite 7 rich 11, and this composite 7 rich 11 is sliced with the slicing blade 5 to obtain the dark colored part. A plate material 2 is obtained which is dotted with light-colored partial openings. To form a gaping horizontal pattern 3 on this board material 2, for example, apply a dye of the same type as the dark color to the boundary between the dark part A and the light part B, and then steam the dye. Make it stick. Another method is to apply the dye to the entire board 2 and fix the dye by steaming. In either case! As shown in Figure #4, a blurred area with an unclear boundary existed between the dark-colored area A and the light-colored area A. The building board A with the blurred horizontal pattern 3 is pasted on a substrate such as plywood, the surface of which is coated with a paint such as clear paint, and used as wall material.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention imparts a partially exposed horizontal pattern to the surface of a board made by press-forming a large number of wood flakes together with an adhesive. It is colored to create a calm atmosphere while maintaining an appearance compatible with modern living spaces without compromising the interior design. It has a good appearance and can be used for more purposes. In addition, in the present invention, a coloring agent such as a dye is applied to the surface of a board made by pressure-forming many pieces of wood together with an adhesive so that it becomes blurred and horizontally patterned, and then steaming is performed to fix the coloring agent. By steaming, the coloring agent is fixed and the coloring agent is further expanded to obtain a more borderless striped pattern.
