Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 クランプ部材を駆動する流体圧シリンダを備え
た流体圧クランプ装置において、上記流体圧シリ
ンダ内の可動部材の作動位置を、絶縁性スリーブ
とこれに内嵌された導電性スリーブとこれら両ス
リーブに遊嵌状に挿通するコイル軸とからなる作
動トランス型変位検出センサで検出するように構
成し、 上記流体圧シリンダのヘツド側端壁又はロツド
側端壁にコイル軸をシリンダ軸と平行に装着して
シリンダ内へ突入させ、上記コイル軸に対応する
位置で可動部材にコイル軸が遊嵌状に挿入される
挿入孔を形成し、 上記挿入孔の少なくとも一部に絶縁性スリーブ
を内嵌状に装着し、 上記絶縁性スリーブの一部にコイル軸が接近し
て遊嵌状に挿通する導電性スリーブを装着したこ
とを特徴とする作動位置検出装置付流体圧クラン
プ装置。
