Claims (1)
- 筒状部材と筒状部材の両端部を閉塞する蓋部材
とでシリンダ本体を構成し、筒状部材内へ摺動自
在にピストンを嵌挿し、ピストンの一端面に一方
の蓋部材を貫通して外部へ突出するピストンロツ
ドを有すると共にピストンの他端面にピストンロ
ツド側へ伸長した異径の挿通孔を開口して設け、
他方の蓋部材に貫通螺合して内方先端部がピスト
ンの他端面と任意の軸方向位置で当接可能とする
第１調整部材を設け、第１調整部材に貫通螺合し
て挿通孔内へ移動自在とする第２調整部材は内方
先端部を挿通孔の連設段部と任意の軸方向位置で
当接可能とするよう大径に設けて成る流体シリン
ダ。
