    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基台に形成したガイド孔にガイドロツドを摺動
    自由に貫通させ、その貫通端とその延長方向にお
    いて基台に支持された流体圧シリンダのピストン
    ロツドとをフレクシヤで連結した軸方向駆動装置
    において、ガイドロツドを有底の筒状に形成して
    その開口部を流体圧シリンダに相対して配置し、
    フレクシヤの端部をこの開口部からガイドロツド
    の内側に挿入してその底部に結合したことを特徴
    とする軸方向駆動装置。
