Claims (1)
- ピストンの位置を検出するため、または、ピス
トンの位置決めするため、センサー部材端部をロ
ツド内部の穴に収納した構造のピストン・シリン
ダー装置において、前記シリンダー装置のロツド
は、あらかじめパイプ状に成形されたパイプ状素
材から製作されていると共に、ロツド先端には前
記パイプ状素材内側に配置された前記センサー部
材端部と連結可能な内方部を有する盲栓が油密に
取付けられていることを特徴とするピストン・シ
リンダー装置。
