- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダチユーブ内にフリーピストンを収納
せしめるとともにシリンダチユーブ外周に移動子
を嵌合せしめ、フリーピストンをシリンダチユー
ブ内において移動させるにつれて移動子を移動さ
せるようにしたロツドレスシリンダにおいて、前
記シリンダチユーブの両端部にフリーピストンの
ストロークエンドを検知するためのセンサを設け
たことを特徴とするロツドレスシリンダ。 ２ 前記センサはその位置が変化できるようにシ
リンダチユーブ内に取付けられていることを特徴
