    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンを収容する第１のシリンダ部の先端に鍔部を周
    回固定すると共に、該鍔部に圧接する同様の鍔部を有し
    且つストロークセンサ一本体部を内蔵する第２のシリン
    ダ部を構成する一方、第２のシリンダ部から突出したセ
    ンサー検出部をピストンロッドの中空部に非磁気性ガイ
    ドを介して挿通し、更にセンサー検出部に対向する永久
    磁石を前記ピストンロッドの先端に設けたことを特徴と
    するストロークセンサーを内蔵した油圧シリンダ。
