Claims (1)
- 摺動自在のピストンを備えた流体圧シリンダに
おいて、少なくとも該シリンダのロツド側の圧力
室に圧力流体を給排するポートを設け、上記ピス
トンに、両端にストツパを有するプランジヤを該
ピストンの摺動方向に気密かつ摺動可能に挿通し
、該プランジヤの長さを、ストロークエンド近傍
のピストンの駆動力を減少させる位置において先
端がシリンダヘツドに当接する程度に設定し、該
プランジヤの径を、上記位置において減少させる
駆動力に対応した断面積をもつように設定したこ
とを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
