Claims (1)
- シリンダチユーブと該シリンダチユーブ内を摺
動するピストンと該ピストンに連結されたピスト
ンロツドとを有する流体圧シリンダと、ガイド部
材と該ガイド部材内を軸方向に摺動可能なガイド
ロツドとを有するガイド装置とからなり、これら
流体圧シリンダ及びガイド装置が互いに平行に配
置され且つ前記シリンダチユーブと前記ガイド部
材とが固定的に連結され前記ピストンロツドの先
端部と前記ガイドロツドの先端部とが連結板によ
つて一体的に連結されてなる直線作動装置におい
て、前記ガイドロツドには、該ガイドロツドの外
周面と該ガイドロツドの先端部側の端部とに開口
を有する連通穴が設けられ、前記ガイドロツドの
外周面には、該ガイドロツドが摺動するとともに
、その摺動ストロークに渡つて該ガイドロツドの
外周面の前記開口と連通する連通室を有する連通
部材が、前記ガイド部材に対して固定的に設けら
れ、前記連通室に連通するポートが前記連通部材
に対して固定的に設けられてなることを特徴とす
る直線作動装置。
