Claims (1)
- 空圧ハウジングの一端側に空圧室を、他端側に
無圧室を区画する空圧可動体と、該空圧可動体の
無圧室側に形成した連結部材と、前記空圧ハウジ
ングの無圧室側に隣設された液圧シリンダと、該
液圧シリンダのシリンダ孔に摺動自在に嵌合して
液圧室を区画するとともに前記連結部材に連結さ
れる前記液圧ピストンと、前記空圧可動体及び前
記液圧ピストンを戻し方向に付勢する戻しばねと
、前記液圧ピストンの側周に形成された補給室と
を備えた空―液圧変換装置において、前記補給室
を前記シリンダ孔内に区分し該シリンダ孔内を摺
動可能なサブピストンを、前記液圧ピストンの外
周に相対移動可能に配設した空―液圧変換装置。
