、−旦軟化、流動することにより結合部分にも電着塗膜
が付着し、防錆性が向上し、防錆ンーラー、防錆ワック
スの塗布が省略でき、作業が簡素化され、安価に信頼性
の高い防錆処理が施される。更に部品の一部を予め電着
塗装を施すことにより、他の電着塗装を施す範囲が狭く
なり、他の袋構造部などへの電着塗料の付き回り性が向
上し、電着塗装品全体の防錆力の向上が図れ、クリンチ
ング結合部分に塗布される塗膜が接着剤の働きをするた
めスポット溶接の点数の削減に寄与し、強度向上などの
