気体が流れる管路、４…タイマー、５…電磁弁、
６…管路、７…分注ノズル、９…液体材料、１０
…シリンダー空間、１１…ノズル、１２…バツフ
アータンク、１３…加圧タンク、１４…液体材料
、１５…加圧用減圧弁、１６…管路、１７…シリ
ンジ、１８…液体溜、１９…気筒、１９…シリン
ダー空間、２０…ピストン、２１…弁、２２…弁
座、２３…ノズル。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 圧縮気体源より供給される圧縮気体を減圧す
    る減圧弁と、前記減圧された気体の通過量を制御
    するタイマー付き電磁弁と、前記電磁弁を経て供
    給される前記気体によつて前記材料を定量的に分
    配・分注する分注ノズルとを具え、前記圧縮空気
    にて分注ノズル内収容の液体材料を定量的に分配
    ・分注するようにしたデイスペンサーにおいて、 前記減圧弁より電磁弁に至る管路の途中に、前
    記分注ノズルの容積よりも大きい容積をもつ圧縮
    気体貯留タンクとして機能させるバツフアータン
    クを設け、そして、前記液体を収容しておく加圧
    タンクとこの加圧タンクから供給される該液体を
    ピストンロツド下端の液体溜からピストンの作動
    によつて弁を通じて定量吐出させるためのピスト
    ン型シリンジを設けたことを特徴とする超精密用
    デイスペンサー。 ２ 前記バツフアータンクの容積が、分注ノズル
    の内容積の１０〜１００倍の大きさである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超精密用デイスペ
    ンサー。
