Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a pump operative in a dispenser incorporating an article contained in a plastic tube and the content dispensable in a predetermined amount by attaching the article in plastic tube detachably to a distribution pump. CONSTITUTION:A passage 14 of a stem 9 and a nozzle 16 are opened by pushing a lever 7 and subsequently a reverse valve 15 is operated to dispense the content between a piston 10 and the reverse valve 15 from a nozzle 16. Upon releasing the lever 7, the stem 9 and the piston 10 are placed back into action to open the check valve 15 into detachable engagement with a threaded portion 10 of a distribution pump 1. The content of a plastic tube 2 is charged into a distribution pump 1. With decreasing the content in the tube 2, the inner pressure of a case 3 is reduced and the air is supplied through an air passage 17 and through an air passage 18 opened by the down motion of the piston 10. The tube 2 is reduced due to the dispensing of the content. When the content is used up, the tube 2 is replaced with a new one.
