Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、保護膜付きプラスチック板の製造方法に係り
、更に詳しくはプラスチック板の製品には確実に保護膜
が貼着した状態を保ち、かつプラスチック板の端縁の裁
断片に貼着している保３膜は剥離し易いように、予め粘
着防止処理を施しておく方法に関するものである。
（従来技術とその課題） 従来、プラスチック板の生産後、板の両面にプラスチッ
クフィルム或いは紙等の保護膜を貼合わせて板面の傷付
きや汚染を防止しているが、プラスチック板を所定の製
品寸法に合わせ裁断する際派生する裁断片は、上記プラ
スチック板とは異質の保護膜が貼着されているためその
ままでは再生使用できない。
そこで裁断片を再生のため杓砕機へ掛ける前に、通常は
人手により保護膜を剥取る作業を行っていたが、裁断片
にも保護膜はよく貼着しているので、剥取り作業は手間
どり非効率的な作業であった。
（課題を解決するための手段） 本発明は上記課題を解決するものであり、その要旨は、
プラスチック板の両面に保護膜を貼合わせるにあたり、
所定間隔を保って移送する上記プラスチック板の相互間
隔に符合する箇所の保護膜の内面を、予め板幅方向の端
部乃至全幅に亘り粘着防止処理してのち、ニップロール
によりプラスチック板の両面に保護膜ぞ挾圧しつつ貼合
わせることを特徴とする保護膜付きプラスチック板の製
造方法である。
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき具体的に説明する
。
第１図は本発明のプラスチック板に保護膜を貼合わせる
工程を説明する平面図であり、第２図は第１図の工程を
説明する側面図であり、第３図は本発明の保護膜の貼合
わせ方法を説明する一部省略側面図である。。
第１図の平面図及び第２図の側面図に示す如く、所定間
隔を保ってプラスチック板１を送りロールＢから送り込
み、ニップロールＡ、Ａによりプラスチック板１の上面
側及び下面側の各矢印方向から、内側片面に接着剤を塗
布した保護膜２．２を挾み込んで、プラスチック板１の
両面に保護膜２，２を貼合わせた保護膜付きプラスチッ
ク板３が得られるか、本発明は上記保護膜２，２の貼合
わせにおいて、図中プラスチック板１の端縁部４，４間
に非粘着部５を、第１図の如く板・福方向の端部乃至図
示してないが、全幅に亘り設けることを特徴とするもの
である。
即ち上記非粘着部５は、第３図に示す如く、矢印方向よ
り送り込まれるプラスチック板１を、上下矢印方向から
送り込まれる保’１１膜２．２により被覆するに当り、
プラスチック板１．１の相互間隔Ｃに符合する箇所であ
って、保護膜２゜２の何れか一方の内面に、合紙６を予
めセットしておき、ニップロールＡ、Ａにより挾圧して
貼合わせる際には、プラスチック板１．１相互の間隔Ｃ
において保護膜２，２間士は粘着しない非粘着部５を形
成する。
上記非粘着部５に挾み込む合紙６としては、非接着性の
クラフト紙やプラスチックフィルムを使用するがこのほ
か、図示してないが合紙６に代えてスプレー噴射や転写
により予め水を塗って粘着防止処理を施しておいてもよ
い。
上記本発明方法により、プラスチック板の両面には、保
護膜２を確実に貼着すると同時に、プラスチック板１，
１相互間隔Ｃの相当箇所には、非粘着部５が存在するの
で、保護膜付きプラスチック板３を製品として所定寸法
に切揃える際に派生する端縁部４の裁断片は、保護［２
が剥離し易くなっている。
（発明の効果） 本発明は、上記構成よりなるので下記効果を奏する。
即ち、本発明方法により得られる保護膜付きプラスチッ
ク板は、その端縁部に非粘着部が形成されているので、
該プラスチック板を切揃える際派生する端縁部の裁断片
から保護膜が剥離し易い状態となっている。
従って裁断片の再生粉砕の前処理としての保護膜の完全
除去がきわめて容易であり、従来のように剥取り作業に
手間どることもなく、作業効率は向上する等の効果を奏
する。

第１図は本発明のプラスチック板に保護膜を貼合わせる
工程を説明する平面図であり、第２図は第１図の工程を
説明する側面図であり、第３図は本発明の保護膜の貼合
わせ方法を説明する一部省略側面図である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. プラスチック板の両面に保護膜を貼合わせるにあたり、
    所定間隔を保って移送する上記プラスチック板の相互間
    隔に符合する箇所の保護膜の内面を、予め板幅方向の端
    部乃至全幅に亘り粘着防止処理してのち、ニップロール
    によりプラスチック板の両面に保護膜を挾圧しつつ貼合
    わせることを特徴とする保護膜付きプラスチック板の製
    造方法。
