本発明は、上下水道システム、産業システムに於ける電

(従来の技術)
電極表面についた付着物が絶縁体となり起電力が減少し
、これにより、測定誤差が大きくなったり、測定指示値

[発明の構成]
(課題を解決するための手段)
本発明は検出器電極表面への付着物から出力信号に与え
る影響度合の判断を、測定液を静止じた状態にて変化率
測定し、異常時にヒータ線に電源供給し発熱させ付着物

上下水道プラントの中でも、上水汚泥、下水処理場の濃
