``Conventional technology'' In the latest self-propelled multi-storey parking garage, the central part of each floor of a concrete structure is divided into two levels, upper and lower, to serve as a garage, and the entrances of the garage are set in opposite directions, and The floor in front of each storage entrance is used as a roadway, and the roadways on each floor are connected by a ramp structure.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 147632/1983 proposes a system that is equipped with an elevator or stairs for walking to take users to their destination floor upon leaving the warehouse, and is equipped with an air supply and exhaust system.

First, the garage on each floor is built in two stages, keeping the specified permissible height for a regular car garage for each floor, and the roadway is set at the legally permissible height for two vehicles as mentioned above. The roadway structure has a total height of about 4m, so you can drive safely without the feeling of pressure that conventional parking lots have, and the height of the ramps connecting each floor to the next floor is also low. Because it is low, it becomes a gentle slope, which is convenient for users to navigate, and ensures safe driving.Furthermore, elevators and walking stairs leading to all floors are installed in the center of both wings of each floor, so users can It is extremely convenient for people, and its longitudinal structure is shown in Figure 4.

"Means for Solving Problems" and "Operation" The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its gist is to construct a skip method in which the floors of a building are shifted by half to the left and right. In the center of both wings of each floor, there is a blow-through section that penetrates all floors.
In the pillar-and-beam structure, an elevator is attached to one side of these atriums, a walking staircase is attached to the other side, and a ramp connecting to the floor directly above is provided near both of these atriums. The front engine room or the rear trunk part of a parked vehicle is used for a garage facing in opposite directions, where the parts are embedded vertically into each other;
The space between the pillars erected at the front of each garage will be used as the entrance, and the floor surface in front of it will be used as a roadway, and the ramps installed on both wings will be used as guidance ramps for vehicles on the upper and lower floors, thereby eliminating wasted space. resolved,
This makes it possible to reduce the span of the garage section, eliminating disadvantages in terms of ventilation.

1, 2, and 3 respectively show an overall plan view, an overall cross-sectional view, and a detailed view of the main parts of the parking lot of the present invention.As shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in Figure 1, blow-through sections 7 and 8 that penetrate all floors are provided in the center of both wings of each of the six floors, and these blow-through sections are Elevator 9 on one side,
The structure is made up of pillars 11 and beams 12, with a walking staircase 19 attached to the other side, and a ramp 10 connecting to the floor directly above in the vicinity of both the open-air sections 7 and 8.
