位置と上記直立位置よりもさらに後方に傾斜した
リクライニング位置の三位置に位置設定可能とさ
れた第1シートバツクと上記直立位置と前倒位置
の二位置に位置設定可能とされた第2シートバツ
クとをそれぞれ車幅方向に近接させて列状配置し
てなる車両用リヤシートであつて、上記第1シー
トバツクのヒンジ機構の軸心と上記第2シートバ
ツクのヒンジ機構の軸心とをその回動面方向に適
宜にオフセツトさせる一方、上記第1シートバツ
クと第2シートバツクとの間に、上記各ヒンジ機
構の近傍に位置して上記ヒンジ機構相互間のオフ
セツトに基づく該第1シートバツクと第2シート
バツクの回動軌跡の差異を利用して上記第1シー
トバツクがリクライニング位置に設定され且つ上
記第2シートバツクが前倒位置に設定された時に
は該第2シートバツクを前倒位置から直立位置側
への回動を規制し、また第1シートバツクと第2
シートバツクがともに直立位置に設定された時に
は該第1シートバツクの直立位置からリクライニ
ング位置への回動を規制する一方、上記第2シー
トバツクが直立位置から前倒位置に設定された時
に上記第1シートバツクに対する回動規制作用を
解除する下側回動規制機構が設けられ、さらに上
記第1シートバツクの車幅方向内側寄りの上部と
上記第2シートバツクの車幅方向内側寄りの上部
との間に、上記各ヒンジ機構相互間のオフセツト
に基づく該第1シートバツクと第2シートバツク
の回動軌跡の差異を利用して上記第1シートバツ
クと第2シートバツクとがともに直立位置にある
