この考案はリクライニングシートのヒンジの改

1支軸8を中心として往復回動自在に曲線状に形
成され、かつ該後部辺5Bの両端には係止ピン1

脱させる操作レバーを設け、ヒンジアームにおけ
る第1支軸と第2支軸の中間部には係止ピンを突
設せしめ、ベースブラケツトの後部辺はヒンジア
ームが起立位置より後方のほぼ水平位置まで第1
支軸を中心に往復傾動し得るように、後部辺両側
に係止ピンに当接するストツパ片を設けた所定形
状に形成せしめ、かつ前記ヒンジブラケツトの第
2支軸側端部辺はヒンジブラケツトが所定の起立
位置より前方のほぼ水平位置まで第2支軸を中心
に往復傾動し得るように端部辺下端側において係
止ピンに当接するストツパ片を設けた所定形状に
形成せしめてなるヒンジとなしたため、所期の諸
目的が達成される。すなわち、本考案のヒンジア
ームは背もたれ部が正規状態にあつては操作レバ
ーにてヒンジアームが係止され、かつヒンジブラ
ケツトはその端部辺下端側のストツパ片に係止ピ
ンが当接し後傾されないので、背もたれ可能にさ
れる。そして、本考案ヒンジは操作レバーの係止
を解くことにより、ヒンジアームはヒンジブラケ
ツトとともに第1支軸を中心に後傾自在とされ、
係止ピンがベースブラケツトの後部辺後部側のス
トツパ片に当接するまで、背もたれ部は後傾され
座部と同様に水平状に保持される。また本考案ヒ
ンジにおいてはヒンジブラケツトが第2支軸を中
心に前傾自在となしたので、背もたれ部の正規状
態ではヒンジアームが操作レバーに係止されてい
て、ヒンジブラケツトのみが前傾され、背もたれ
部は座部に重合される。そして本考案のヒンジは
ヒンジアームの後倒れ防止及びヒンジブラケツト
の後倒れ防止が、ヒンジアームに突設した係止ピ
ンと、ヒンジアームのストツパ片あるいはヒンジ
ブラケツトのストツパ片とによりなされるように
したので、後倒れ防止に関する係止手段が簡単な
構成となり、補助シート用のヒンジとしてばかり
でなく、一般のリクライニングシート用のヒンジ

ジブラケツトの第2支軸側端部辺はヒンジブラケ

で第2支軸を中心に往復傾動し得るように端部辺
下端側において係止ピンに当接するストツパ片を
設けた所定形状に形成せしめてなることを特徴と
