Claims (1)
- ボンデイング用ツールによりＩＣチツプとイン
ナーリードとを圧着するボンデイング・ステージ
において、ＩＣチツプとインナーリードがどの接
合点においても均一に圧着可能となるように、前
記ボンデイング用ツールの圧着面形状に沿つて、
前記ＩＣチツプを挾んで前記ボンデイング用ツー
ルを受ける台が柔軟に動くことを特徴とするボン
デイング・ステージ。
